  1. If you dont mind Sharing whats the Single rate per day?
  2. Funny thing is I have Luggage that does not fit under Bed. It will but Bed will be lifted up off Floor. So my Bags have to go in Closet
  3. It is, zipped up in 1-2 clear plastic Bags. Many times watched Room Attendant from Balcony retrieve these items, Towels, Wash Clothes during Cruise and when on B2B in same Cabin on Turnaround day do my Bedding
  4. That's the Linen Room Attendant uses to change that specific Cabins Beds/Baths, normally just Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels. They do this to save time. In old Ships these were all stored in Hall Cupboards
  5. Thats what I was thinking, Oasis is Trundle pull out lower, not like Video posted. Anyone know?
  6. Know many that would put infant/toddler in Hotel Dresser Drawer(not closed) to sleep. In older Royal Ships turn the Love Seat around facing the Wall, instant Crib. Multiple CC Members have mentioned doing that... As oldest of what was eventually 11 when there was not enough Beds or pullouts in Hotel I'd Camp on the Floor in my Sleeping Bag.
  7. Funny you should say that. Twice as a 4-5yr old guess I rolled off Top of a Bunk Bed onto Hardwood floor. Railings on old style were never secure. Moms says they heard the thump once and other time not. I never woke, both times Dad just tossed me still sleeping back in Top Bunk not a peep out of me.
  8. My then Toddler threw 2yr old just slept with her Mom each Cruise. Then lower pullouts are not that far off the Floor, trying to remember if Oasis is the Trundle style. Anyone know? She that little needs(and will Cabin size allow) small Crib/pack-n-play? Some Stormy nites at home we'd end up with 5 of us in our Bed. One Kid and the smallest in Bed on a Cruise wasnt much out of the Norm
  9. Emails always worked for me, might take little longer now but anything not have sit on the phone
  10. Know where I lived in Divorce both Parents have to agree go take Kids over 3hrs away or out of State. Will there be any issues with OP either way, probably not. As Single Father raising 3 on my own rarely got questioned, but with young Kids of 2, 4, and 7yrs would always bring documentation just in case. Funny thing happened when my oldest was 12, multiple people Airport and Cruise thought she was my Wife and mother of my youngest Daughter. Question was even before that, "Where is her Drivers Licence." I'd reply, "Ah shes only 11"
  11. After Dinner my 5 and 7 yr olds enjoyed Kids Program. I'd throw my 2-3yr old in PJs and we'd go to Show's sitting on side/balcony. Was Single Parent, just 3 of us... Love the thread and Pics, keep them coming
  12. Usually just confirm with who you Booked Cruise with and they'll note it. Most time works. If feel need to E-mail that is done NOT until between 2-3 weeks before Cruise as any further out request can be lost/changed: rcldining@rccl.com
  13. Nope. But did my Army Dress Greens and Blues after. Even going up I was one to wash and Iron own shirts and even jeans. Some Cruises I'll just bring Clean Shirts and have Royal press them 1st nite
  14. True, some it's a no-go. Clothes washing with 50 other Strangers is one thing, But one reason I don't do public Hot Tubs...Marinating with them in their juices, Pee-ople Soup...pass
  15. Well info has been on here at least 2 days. Though cant remember how early passengers were notified other times
  16. Agree, not new and does happen. I'd go later myself...
  17. Did Uber from Hotel. He was 30min early, I was supposed check in at 11am, was ON THE Ship at 1035. Easy Port. And this last yr when had show Test & Vac
  18. There was at least one thread on here yesterday, so yes others got it. Sorry
  19. “If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding! How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat!”
  20. Even with 26+ years of CC numbers on here not many been around since start. I joined original version of Cruise Critic in 1997. When we were required to make new accts in 2000 I was Deployed. After coming back 6months later when I finally did it in July I was CC Member #306. There was a page on here that listed all Members in order but not sure it exists on here anymore... First 15 yrs on CC I had less then 20 posts, was just a reader and had more Cruises then posts...
  21. Interesting, don't do Oasis Class but hasn't been that way on my Spring or Fall 2022 Cruises.
  22. Took my 2, 4 and 7yr old Kids on Grandeur in the 1990's. Back then she was one the largest in a group called "Mega Cruise Ship's" they'd just added Computers to use my AOL acct, Kids program provided me with a Pager in case my Kids needed me. We did couple 7niters and couple 10niters on this Ship 22-27yrs ago. Back then half to most the stops were Tender Ports. Pretty sure made Diamond on her on one the first "All Soul Cruise" in mid-90's, even had The Spinners onboard. ...Looking forward to Cruising on this Ship again through you! Thanks for bringing us along!
  23. You know if it was Rush($$), planned travel listed or no travel slowest? My Daughter did middle and wrote Planned Travel(Cruise) in few months. Turned theirs in 2wks ago... Funny thing had Enhanced Drivers Licence for over Decade and using it for Open Circuit Cruises for 10yrs. Problem was it didn't have the Star on it, also I was 3 months from renewing it but was in AZ and License is MI. No problem was able go online to get my Enhanced DL with a Star good for another 3yrs...with my Picture that's already 4+ yrs old.
