  1. Common on this Ship. Until recently I only did 10-13 nite Cruises on Serenade. This inc Boston-Florida Reo's, B4B and did these every yr
  2. Yeah was to be on that Jewel B2B, then life happened
  3. First few visits for me 35yrs ago there was no locals selling anything. Was rustic, only couple Buildings. In 90's the small Vendor area was similar to the old Nassau Straw Market, both little too aggressive then. Irony is I was also there on another Cruise day it burnt down
  4. Do that, was actually one my more enjoyable stops that week. Celeb has been having a few stops there also, see them on Live Cam few times a month
  5. Was just at Key West on Jewel in 2022, I'm doing it again on Radiance and Serenade. Enchantment also does a few KW. Grandeur, my first and Second 10nite Cruises over 2 Decades ago. Was hooked as until this yr hadnt done anything less then 10+ niter in 21yrs. Was while ago but had great Kids Program back then, some of my Kids oldest Memories onboard her and Enchantment 1997-2002.
  6. Yes, been while but was a CC Member saying they tried and were not allowed,
  7. I've heard "Some" recommend this Treatment, with or without being Stung
  8. And not all Schools have same Dates off. My Grand Daughter has next 2wks off for Spring Break, my Kids always had same wks in April and Feb
  9. Dont know if ever still do but yrs ago was other lines that stopped at Labadee, might been Coco Cay also
  10. Yeah, saw that available couple days ago on Royal. Wasn't sure was new. Thanks
  11. For me probably well over half time it's 1:30 or 2pm. Seems to always be week they are doing extra cleaning, replacing few hundred mattresses or Balcony Furniture. As most my Cruises are other legs in B2B's no waiting for me those weeks. Last yr was strating 4th leg of B4B, was a 5nite which havent done these in 22yrs. Had many passengers decided to carry on all their luggage only to be stuck dragging it around until after 2pm when rooms were ready
  12. Hard to do when some my Royal Sailings were Booked 560+ days out, some even longer. Requirements changed many times over that period. Had to Test few months ago on PC Cruise, other 3 legs of B4B not required
  13. Correct though Policy is more about politics about Testing, Masking, ect.
  14. If policy was to include Cans the price of package would be lot higher. Luck, were not supposed get/share
  15. Sorry, dont think will happen. Back when I first became Diamond in the 90's there was no Diamond Lounge, we used Concierge Lounge. Also at time no such thing as Diamond Plus or Pinnacle, Diamond was the Top Tier. My Voyager Cruise in late 90's was first Ship was on with an actual Diamond Lounge. Unfortunately Travel Perks are changing or slowly going away, like this in Cruises, Airlines, Hotels. At least still have 6 free drinks and more important for me the SOLO 340+, with discounts about every 3-4th Cruise is Free to me...oh and I dont Drink anyway
  16. 25 yrs ago would see this on almost every Cruise was on. My then 8-10yr Daughter loved it, had Curry on Royal at least 2-3 nites a Sailing. She even had Caviar a couple nites. Even today 75% what she eats I wont touch. She makes Dinner every nite and have to decide if I'm on my own that nite, as was last 2 nites... Now my 13yr old Grand Daughter she'll eat what Mom Cooks but she Loves her Steak. Funny thing she does not care for things with ground beef or Hamburgers, calls it Fake Steak
  17. Agree, on my Cruises few months ago wasnt a real bad deal of press in bulk for flat rate. Might been $30 and inc my 4 pants and 14 shirts Yup. Doing this for over 25yrs, Bring Dozen clean shirts and have Royal press them. Back and ready before Dinner second nite. The years before that I'd pay local cleaners to press all my shirts/pants then need bring large garment bag with my suitcase try keep everything from getting wrinkled. In 2019 my last Cruises before CV my suitcase was random selected for thorough search. What a mess! Everything wadded up thrown into my suitcase.
  18. Sure doesnt always happen but they counted my 12pack soda pop bottles at 5 US Ports in last 3yrs. While in line took a drink of one bottle with my meds. Made me throw bottle away
  19. Just Spring 2022-Fall 2023 for Traditional Early Main Dining I've had/have started at 5:00, 5:15, 5:30 & 6:00. Though correct for MTD pretty sure all have been 6:45pm on these 16 Cruises
  20. Growing up, also working Retail and Restaurants in USA on Canadian Border, or when deciding when purchasing items in USA or Canada, always had to know the Conversion Rate of that Day. Bank back then would provide Rate to me/us when was there with Daily Deposit. Was few yrs then when it jumped a lot. We had no computers and lucky if even had calculator. First job used a non-electric adding machine and a non-electric cash register. Good old days, paper and pencil math to even figure sales Tax and add to total purchase
  21. Good to know, Thanks. Had to for Columbia stop a few months ago. Have 2 more Cruises there this yr
  22. It started a long time ago. At one time Diamond was THE Top Tier. Access to Concierge, first on/off Ship(except Wedding Parties). First made Diamond in the 90's we were always in first 10 off Ship straight to the Car parked less then 50yrds from Ship in Miami.
