  1. The included drinks are a range of spirits, still & sparkling water, speciality coffees, sodas such as Coca-Cola, tonic water, lemonade, ginger ale, red, white, rose & sparkling wine and some beers. At present the spirits include Gordon’s & Beefeater gins, Famous Grouse Whisky, Smirnoff Vodka, but these can change from time to time. There is no included Brandy.
  2. Pleased to hear that you find it so. Thanks.
  3. What’s included in the Premier & Ultimate Packages is listed on the website. https://azamara.co.uk/booked-guests/onboard packages. The Preium package doesn’t include any wines, but the Ultimate does. However from what is posted the list of wines listed as being available in the package may be neither up-to-date nor accurate. As you’ll also see that there are some wine lovers packages on offer, but given the comments about availability it seems to be a better bet to wait until you’re onboard & can see what’s actually available.
  4. You’re quite right. The spreadsheet has only been amended regarding the spirits as it does not mention anywhere the included beers.
  5. I have just learned from norn iron that this is a trial on Onward only. Have adjusted the spreadsheet again!
  6. Thanks for asking. I’ve adjusted the ‘Tips’ spreadsheet accordingly. Personally two half litres would be better!
  7. In the topic ‘Anyone on Board right now’ CC member norn iron reports that the included draught beer has changed from Newcastle Brown to Carlesberg and that in Suites instead of 4 half litres of spirits, you get your choice of spirits but only 1x1 litre bottle. I have amended the spreadsheet accordingly https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  8. What happens if you like different spirits - I drink gin & DH drinks whisky, so this new arrangement doesn’t work so well for us.
  9. Thanks for the information. Is that definitely the same on every ship now? If a few people can confirm that it is, I will amend the ‘Tips’ spreadsheet.
  10. You can order any drink you like with dinner. The included drinks are: - 2 red & two white wines, a sparkling wine and a rose wine - some beers - from memory it’s Budweiser and draft Newcastle brown plus a couple of other beers - certain spirits - Gordon’s & Beefeater Gin, Famous Grouse Whisky, a US whiskey (can’t remember which one) & Smirnoff Vodka - sodas such as Coca Cola, Sprite, tonic water, ginger ale - fruit juices including fresh orange juice & fruit smoothies at breakfast Although there is a priced cocktail menu, you can ask them to make cocktails with the included spirits & these are included. Note there is no Brandy in the included spirits so obviously you can’t have a brandy based cocktail included. it’s up to you to decide if you are happy with these drinks or want to buy one of the two upgrade packages. You can buy it from any day of the cruise and it’s possible for only 1 passenger in a stateroom to buy it. As a first timer on Azamara I suggest you look at the Tips for Azamara Newbies topic.
  11. I have updated the ‘Tips’ spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit I will try to repost the link every time the Tips topic goes to a new page, which may help a little (tho’ I realise not everyone finds it the easiest way to get information).
  12. If you go through a mock booking on your Voyage Planner, you should get to a section that asks you to select a time. If you click on that it’ll show you the time.
  13. There seems to be a difference between EMed test results shown on a phone (acceptable) and results on a piece of paper (not acceptable).
  14. It’s not a personal page, it’s an Azamara page that he looks after.
  15. I would try emailing Azamara customer relations. If you’re on Facebook you could also try posting in Lee’s ‘Azamara Reminiscing’ page.
  16. But they wouldn’t have known the likely weather far ahead enough to agree the date & publicise it before the cruise started. We’ve always found out when White Night is once we get onboard. We go to book a couple of nights in the Speciality restaurant as soon as we board and check things like when White Night is.
  17. Regarding White Night, it’s down to the Captain to decide which night is best taking account of the likely weather.
  18. We pack magnetic hooks and also magnetic clips. We use these for all the bits of paper we receive (tour tickets, dinner bookings, invitations etc), so they’re handy.
  19. It’s been laundry hangers that room stewards have produced for me, I guess. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but I’ve always been able to get them pretty quickly.
  20. No need to bring any hangers, including wire ones. I always ask the room steward for more hangers & they usually produce loads of wire hangers (from the laundry I think).
  21. Must depend on the cabin you are in. It wasn’t in the desk in our cabin on Pursuit.
  22. Never had a mini fridge in the desk on Azamara. It’s usually been in a corner cupboard next to the wardrobe.
  23. Here’s a screenshot of the relevant webpage at https://www.azamara.co.uk/our-ships/staterooms/club-balcony-plus-stateroom
  24. Just a thought, and probably won’t help, but have you tried clearing your cache just in case somethings got ‘stuck’.
  25. I don’t know personally, but others here have posted that you can do so once aboard.
