Hello Mike Moore, We are hoping that you might comment on the sound coming from adjacent cabins directly through the walls. This has never been problem on Splendor or Explorer.The complaints above are too numerous to dismiss. Please give us your input on this possibly serious problem.

Hi Brewgator, We would appreciate all information on how you found your guide to show you Tokyo. Who selects the points of interest ,and what about dining? Perhaps you can give us a more detailed summary after your excursions. We are booked for later in 2024, and your details would help us and many others.

Hoping that Regent will take note of all the unflattering comments about the pre cruise hotel and tours prior to our trip in 2024. I would love for all of you that have expressed your displeasure to make positive practical suggestions on how Regent could improve the pre cruise Vibrant Tokyo tour. Would two hotel locations help? Would better tour operators help? Would the inclusion of a dinner or lunch help? I will bet that someone like Mike Moore would appreciate your input.

Many thanks Labonnevie for your comments about the chinese and japanese restaurants at the Hilton.Just wondering if any posters have found a nearby restaurant not to be missed when at the Hilton. We will be taking this trip on the Explorer later next year. I have found that there seems to be half days free when taking Regent's four day pre cruise "Vibrant Tokyo". Has anyone found a local tour Guide or tour operator that would provide a roughly four hour tour of the places Regent misses on its tour. Really surprised that there are no meals provided, other than Breakfast, on Vibrant Tokyo. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Do all suites on the Voyager have a Magnifying Makeup Mirror? If so where is it found, and is it lighted?

We are considering a Cruise on the Voyager in Feb of 2026 from Cape Town to Dubai with ports in South Africa, Madagascar, Oman, and Dubai among others. We are anxious to get your experience on the need for Malaria meds, or any other vaccinations before and during this cruise. We would like to take an African Safari while on this cruise. We understand the need to consult our Physician in light of pre-existing conditions, but would love to hear your experience with any medical problems after an African Cruise. We found out that we are both allergic to Malarone on a cruise to southeast Asia. I guess our real question is has anyone not taken anything and gone on this trip, and how did you do?

Hi PaulMCO, Would be most interested in who you might be using for private tours in Vibrant Tokyo, and how they worked out. We are booked in October 24 and found your idea of using the hotel as a base, and booking our own tours, as a good possibility.

It would be great if someone would give a detailed description, day by day, of the "Vibrant Tokyo" pretour. Please include how you selected dinner restaurants, which are not included on the tour. Any suggestions on where to dine and how to get around would be appreciated. We are booked on the Splendor October 24.

Is everyone having the same problem with Grandeur cruises Or just on my website. Has anyone been able to customize the butler services on any Granger cruise?

They have been looking into it for almost a week. Anyone else having this problem with a Grandeur booking. Have you been able to customize your Butler Service?

Has anyone experienced this problem on their Grandeur Booking? When trying to "customize" their Butler Service on an upcoming Grandeur Cruise, the Butler Service tab is missing,.even though they are eligible to have this ability based on Suite Category. Could it be unavailable because the Grandeur is not yet built, or is it a glitch in Regent software? Anyone else having this problem? Hard to believe Regent has no answer to the Question.

Just wondering how the new policy will affect going to lunch. Does the new policy mean that having lunch, for lets say 45 min. your chair is gone. Wouldn't all agree that one hour makes more sense. Strong possibility this new policy might create problems. Also would like to know what the cruise director on the Explorer means by " a long time ".

Hi Gary705, Very upsetting and disappointing that no mention of the holiday was made. Even more surprised that Dave, the cruise director, did not answer you. Just as the ship has Sabbath Services available on friday nights, the cruise director should have made Hanukkah Menorah lighting available to those interested at a specific time and place indicated on the daily schedule. It might be too late for you to take further action since you have disembarked , but you should make your displeasure known to Regent and include Dave's lack of courtesy. Would be interested in comments from others.

What was a typical vegan dessert other than ice cream?

Would anyone know if Vegan desserts are served on the Splendor and Explorer, and in which restaurants? If they are what is not to be missed?
