That is the channel I keep on all the time and its absence I would consider more than a small issue. It was available on Allure for my January and April sailings.
Exactly. How many times do we read on these boards that when travelling it is one's responsibility to know the laws and customs of where they are going. However, somehow that doesn't seem to apply to the laws of one's own country?
And those sales people on board are probably also aware that if they disclose the information plenty of people will come to the same conclusion as you and decide not to purchase. Sales persons job is to make a sale. They are not necessarily going to provide non-required information.
I have never made a large purchase on the ships but I've read these boards long enough to know what happens when someone does. I also got stopped once when leaving Oasis. I was told to go to guest services. The security person didn't tell me why and I doubt that he knew. Neither was he all warm and fuzzy about the situation, just a rather matter of fact attitude.
Perugia, and the surrounding area, is beautiful. I spent three months one summer living in Perugia. We would go over to Assisi sometimes for dinner to an outdoor restaurant called Il Giardino. It was outdoors on the side of a cliff. All the food was cooked in open fires. It was a great summer.
All the things you mentioned are water (alcohol excluded) with "stuff" mixed in. It is also impossible to give a staight answer to daily needs. Everyone's metabolism is different. Activity levels, environmental temperature, medicatons, medical issues all factor in to daily needs.
@bobmacliberty I just got a response...
3 shots puneapple juice.
3 shots orange juice.
1 shot grenadine.
1 shot triple sec.
2 shots light rum
Meyers dark rum floater.
I can't remember if I usually mix in the floater when I have it or not.
Water in hardly equals water out. If that were true we wouldn't have to drink any water. We would just have a closed system like your car's cooling system.
I guess they haven't learned much about cramming too many people into a confined space. But yeah, those numbers look like this is going to be a family (kids) ship.
I received an email from RCI with some info. So far my impression is that the ship doesn't look very relaxing. I'm very interested to see the various venues.
