Happy Mothers Day to all our Mothers and Mother figures. I think National Decency Day is every day for our Dailyites but will pass on the other 2 days. It should be National Courage Day in honor of Lewis and Clark and their teams. If Ren has a day off it should be a beautiful day here. I have not been to Nanortalik. HAL's next call there is 2 months from today on the Zuiderdam. The meal sounds nice. My alternative is Chilled Pear, Cucumber, and Melon Gazpacho, Prime Rib of Beef au Jus, and Key Lime Pie as served on MS Veendam May 14, 2016. Roy

I am delighted to hear that you're at least with it enough to post but what an awful period you have been through. Prayers that the last round goes without too serious side effects and it leaves you cancer free, I've had a tough row too with pneumonia in February that is still leaving me very tired but making slow progress. I've cancelled summer cruises but have bookings on QM2 in September and Rotterdam that I hope to be ready for. Thank you to @leerathje for her diligence in handing sailaways the past several months. We seem to have a run of Amazon ports recently. My recollection is that the treatment of Australian convicts was pretty shabby. I like both steak and pizza but don't think I would combine them. My alternative is Apple and Pear Gazpacho with Passion Fruit Sorbet, Oven Roasted Beef Ternderloin with Button Mushrooms, and Key Lime and White Chocolate Tart as served at the Mariner brunch for my 2016 Veendam Bermuda cruise. Are you doing the entire 7 days? At least in season, some people get off in Skagway and continue on a land cruise. They would be off and replaced by people coming from land tours by the tine Volendam goes to glacier bay and I think the Tracy Arm option is primarily for their benefit. Roy
