  1. Thank you Rich, Jacqui, Vanessa, Dixie, Debbie, and Laura for the Hump Day Daily. I'll celebrate (vicariously) Mother Language Day and pass on the other two days. I think most bathroom scales now do automatic zeroing. I have not been to Penang. I will definitely celebrate the first locomotive. I won't come anywhere near cooking the meal. My alternative (which I enjoyed but won't be cooking) is Classic Caesar Salad, Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus, and Mango Blueberry Crisp as served on MS Prinsendam February 21, 2019. A cold morning but it should get nice later in the day. Did not sleep well last night. Great until 2AM but then got a nosebleed that did not really allow me to sleep until I got out of bed. Roy
  2. Welcome to the fleet report and daily. I've found cc emails a bit wonky but I've been using a new way of keeping up with my followed content, with this link: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/discover/623 Roy
  3. Debbie, your day gives a whole new meaning to "Welcome Home" Ouch! Roy
  4. I THINK you can also go out at the bow from the front of the fitness center. Roy
  5. A subdued sunrise from my 2018 Crystal Symphony cruise from Buenos Aires to Miami. On February 20 Symphony was in the middle of a 2-day call in Lima/Callao: Roy

  7. Thank you Rich, Jacqui, Vanessa, Eva, Dixie, and Laura. Bon Voyage @USN59-79. Safe travels Tina @0106. Unfortunately, you may be coming home to rain Thursday and Friday.. While I love cherry pie I don't expect to have any, won't shout Hoodie Hoo but will welcome spring. I've done quite a bit of culling my bookcases over the years. I don't think I really understand the quote. A number of great days in history, especially the one in 1962. I have been to Lahaina twice, Crystal Symphony in 2010 and Crystal Serenity in 2018. Not convinced about the meal. My alternative is Classic Caesar Salak, Broiled New York Strip Loin, and Peach Crisp as served on MS Koningsdam February 20. 2017: Roy
  8. Today's maps: Almost got a satisfactory result with just one map today. Roy
  9. I agree. The posts with Reflections and menus are both obvious what they are and so easy to scroll past taking up an absolute minimum of space unless specifically opened. Thank you so much @seasack. Roy
  10. Today's sunrise is from my 2018 Crystal World Cruise. February 19 was a sea day on Crystal Symphony from Sydney to Milford Sound: Roy

  12. Just to be sure, it is the one one originally scheduled for March, 2024 that is cancelled. You should be hearing from your Travel Agent soon. Roy
  13. Thank you Rich, Jacqui, Vanessa, Eva, Dixie, and Paul, and Happy Presidents Day or Family Day to those who celebrate it. I'll pass on the Tug of War, am thank you for the Coast Guard Reserve, and was delighted to learn about Daisy Gatson Bates. I guess the quote today is a potential lesson in inflated self importance. We've made so much progress in recorded music but Graham had a very important first step. Welcome home Dfish. I'll pass on the meal. My alternative is Classic Caesar Salad, Pork Rib Roast with Apricot-Pineapple Dressing, and Forest Berry Sundae as served on MS Prinsendam February 19, 2019: A cold start to the day but warming up nicely. I've completed my major errands and most of my walking but will take another short walk in the neighborhood around noon. Roy
  14. I see the cruise critic profanity app has arisen with the name of a bird that has another meaning. Roy
  15. Thank you Rich, Jacqui, Vanessa, Paul/Dixie, Eva, Laura, and Graham. I'm glad the Cow Milked in the Sky was a once and done, will pass on the wine but thankful for batteries. I like the quote but only to a point and have not been to Marmaris. I'll celebrate the two literary days in history but not so sure about the others. I'll pass on the meal. My alternative is Peach, Orange, and Pear Delight, Master Chef Rudi's Salad, and Duck Breast a l'Orange as served on MS Zaandam February 18, 2012. It's been a hectic day today with my first time on AV with the new church system ;and first time at all at the video controls rather than running the companion slides. I made a number of mistakes but recovered fairly quickly and avoided disaster. We have an interim pastor so that added a bit to the complexities as well as some problems with the sound system. The last of our regular team members gets his first time in the hot seat next week. A very cold morning but I was out only briefly for a walk inside out mall and then to the church and back. Good news on Baby Murphy and best wishes for @CrabbyPatti. Have looked at but not absorbed most of today's posts. Roy
  16. And a soggy sailaway. Thanks Leanne, Dave, and fellow addicts. Roy
  17. Early toot after somebody's emergency alert sounds. Roy
  18. I have a sunset today rather than a sunrise. It's from my 2016 Crystal Symphony cruise from Buenos Aires to Miami. February 18 was a sea day from Arica to Pisco: Roy
