  1. When you do check-in on the app you will select a boarding time from those times available. Currently there is no priority boarding for Aqua, Elite+/Elite or Concierge, only priority boarding is for Zenith and Suite Guests. The assigned times make boarding a much faster process. Once on the ship you can go to your cabin, get your sea pass and drop off any carry-ons before heading to lunch.
  2. So a whole cruise and they glasses aren't replaced and not sure how/if they ae being cleaned, what did the cabin attendant say when you requested new glasses?

  5. There is a different morning room service menu for Aqua and Suites. I have not seen a different menu Room Service menu for Suite of AQ other than breakfast.
  6. I believe it is $30 pp for dinner and $20pp for lunch. Arrange with the Luminae MaitreD to bring guests as they are allowed on a space available basis.
  7. On Deck 12 if you look up you see the bottom of the MC . The MC spends most of the time on Deck 14. The Deck 6 MC Suites would have a obstructed view looking staring down, but not out when the MC is on Deck 5. We did a. B2B on the Edge last October in the 14 nights the MC moved from Deck 14 Just 3 times around 5 pm and stayed there for 4 hours or so.
  8. In our experience the drink package and wi-fi don’t get added to the booking in the Cruise planner until just before or just after final payment. As @chefchick said it should be on your celebrity booking confirmation - guest copy with the code. We have done 30+ cruises with a beverage package and all have been correct when we print our boarding pass
  9. If you look at posts from many in quarantine most had food delivered in styrofoam containers with plastic utensils and plastic glasses. If you follow Captain Kate when she returned after vacation and like all crew quarantined for 14 days she posted her meals. They were delivered in styrofoam containers. I think those having ceramic plates, real cutlery and glassware are in the minority.
  10. Every sailing we have been on since October had live music ( soloist, duet & small group) also DJs.
  11. We haven’t done a ships overnight in Bangkok. We were booked on a sailing with a overnight and looked at the 1 overnight offered and decided to do a private tour which was less tha. 1/2 the cost. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled.
  12. The problem with priority boarding has been that most everyone had priority. Zenith had priority, suite guests had priority, Aqua guests had priority, Elite + & Elite priority and concierge had priority which really mean no one had priority. IMO the new system has been a great improvement, no jammed terminal with folks standing in long lines. Boarding is much faster and a pleasant experience vs the dreaded experience pre pandemic.
  13. Good idea Jim, just wondering if there is a way to designate between what the experience is for those like you whose cruise sailed on or before 4/30. Those 5/1 or after have a much different level of assistance provided.
  14. I haven’t seen a reduced deposit promotion in quite awhile. If you book while onboard there is a reduced deposit. As for other promotions there is alway a promotion on something.

In order to move your booking from the TA it requires the TA to agree to release the booking and give up their commission. if you have a TA who is totally MIA, is dishonest or consistently messing up you might make a case for having Celebrity take the reservation from the TA but that doesn’t sound like your situation. Prices change frequently and not on every sailing occasionally our TA catches it but about 90% of the time we see it and call the TA.
  16. Often for the tender ports we have been asked to go to the Retreat Lounge when we are ready to get off the ship. There are usually a number who want to get off about the same time and 1 of the Concierge’s escort us to the front of the tender line.
  17. If you are booked in a Suite with perks the. The wi-fi package is the Stream package. There isn’t a higher package.
  18. The supply chain issues are not limited to the Eclipse. We have been k. 3 ships since the restart and there have been items that just aren’t available. Just like the grocery stores, last week there was not any pasta. Two weeks ago Kleenex.

  20. If I had to choose it would be aTuscan, the filet is very good but haven’t had good luck the the pasta dishes or soups
  21. Depending upon the ship either the cost in the cruise planner is 18% higher or if the previous cost ($50 for Murano) then at checkout 18% is added. There is another active thread regarding this change.
  22. Yes. When and if the Connie & Infinity get revolutionized they would get a glass door for the shower. For now it is the curtain.
  23. Did you check your Junk and Spam folders for the confirmation email? Thats where i found the confirmation email, which was sent a few hours after I booked. Since you just booked the flight it may take a day or 2 for the X site to update, but check on Monday by going to Manage Reservation and then there is a link to Flight info where my flights show.. Normally airport transfers are not included with the flights. The drink package takes longer to show, frequently after final payment. When it is added it will show up under Order History with a $0 charge. Your invoice from your TA should show the beverage package and wi-fi and prepaid gratuities if those were included. Take that invoice in the off chance something is omitted. We have done 30+ cruises with Celebrity and have never had a issue with the perks being correct but I still take the TA confirmation.
