If you used a TA they must do this. If not call and do it yourself. You'll keep the same booking number and they'll email you a new updated confirmation for your new final payment balance.
Price it out both ways. It's not really chaotic at all. If you're a Costco member check their rate for your car rental picking it up at MCO and then returning it to Cape Canaveral. Since it's just 3 of you you can easily take their shuttle to the port. When we've been a larger group we have dropped off first at the port and then one person returns the car and shuttles back.
If you need a shuttle to return back to MCO after your cruise I'll suggest Cruise Control.
If it's on sale purchase it and keep checking prices. Personally, we never sail with out it but we like to be able to keep in touch (text/email) with our family and we bring our Firestick to watch movies. Just a personal choice...you may feel differently.
We've sailed in the OS specifically #1058 on Radiance, Jewel & Serenade. It's one of our favorites and have never had an issue with noise from above. Some of our sailings have been as long as 12-14 nights.
This category is our go to now regardless of what ship. I hope you enjoy it.
Sorry, never heard of them. Hopefully you didn't pre pay or have a non refundable deposit.
Another company you might check with for transportation is Cruise Control. A great dependable company we've used and is very popular on this board.

Thanks for the update. We'll be on her mid May. Online check in starts April 3rd but in a suite so it's one hour one way or the other if their even doing it.
Is using Dollar Car Rental a must? If you're a Costco member check on their rate.
There's a Budget & Avis (on Miami Road) right outside the Port Everglades gate with a Comp shuttle in to the port which stops at each ship terminal. This couldn't be easier. We've done this many times.
