  1. they are hydrants and places to hook up a hose it. it is usually hidden behind some kind of panel or some other door. i seen a few out in the open on the outside decks
  2. onboard the ship, the arcade and everything else only accept your sail n sign/room key. you can not use the gift in the arcade machine Yes you can put a limit on the kids account. Guest services onboard the ship can set this up and they will also add the gift card to your onboard account
  3. these restriction is newer and started this year, the national parks is reducing the crowds that go to mendenhall glacier park
  4. you can let it go and leave the booking alone. when it comes time to board the ship, it will be a no show if do remove him from the booking, the booking pricing will be adjusted which may be a good or bad thing. do a mock booking to get an idea of any pricing changes
  5. i wonder how the people can do the world cruise where you are cruising for like 6-9 months
  6. most likely related to the getaway and epic redeployment with the new sailings being open to the public
  7. When is your cruise? I am going to Labadee in November and i see lots of various excursions from jet ski, beach breaks, snorkeling, etc
  8. does not qualify according to the fine print: Excludes purchases of gift cards and electronic gift cards
  9. the newer Royal Caribbean ships have a bigger shopping mall feel to them. the Royal Esplanade has big mall like vibes
  10. yes that is right they get assigned a new elevator like elevator a. one elevator is going down from 11 and another elevator is going up to 11. similar to how current elevator works right now its going to reduce the tie up of all elevator. if they hit all of the buttons depending on what deck they on, it will assign the same elevator letter.
  11. Carnival also has this smart elevator system on a few of their ships too. It looks like everyone is copying each other
  12. Pixels Digital Photo Gallery is currently on the following ships: Carnival Breeze, Carnival Celebration, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Magic, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Paradise, Carnival Radiance, Carnival Venezia, Carnival Vista and Mardi Gras. all other ships not listed has the older style photo system where they print it out and then you need to find it
  13. standard language in the documents that can be ignored, don't worry about it
  14. the only way to get that discount is if if the TA has a group rate for that specific sailing and they may not have a discounted group rate for all sailings I have book with TA in the past and only few had group rates with a slight discount but overall pricing is the same with TA and direct
  15. Its an inside cabin, a cabin where the beds do not convert to king beds that makes one big bed. this is usually considering some kind of accessible cabin. the beds are like that to increase floor space
  16. due to forum rules you can not post travel agent names
  17. check your spam/junk folders. when i got of the radiance last week my final bill got sent to that folder. for some reason thats the only emails from royal and that goes to the spam folder
  18. Havensight can usually dock about 3-4 ships, if all spots is filled up then Crown Bay can be used for overflow for other ships
  19. based on various articles that can be found it seems like NCL is more in the negotiation phase with the port officials that it MIGHT happen sometime in the future. no official announcement/press release about it
  20. you might have to keep calling until you get some who has more knowledge with the booking system. is the a major problem with big company's and call center people. most of the time they barely have enough knowledge to do thier job
  21. yes that is true. it is in the chart that i posted. that chart is valid for all sailings
  22. its way too early for 2026 cruises so that why you do not see them. for 2026 it appear sometime late 2024 or early 2025. typically usually it is a year and half in advance when they release the itineraries for 2025, it looks there is a one month gap with no Norwegian cruises. Prima leaves NYC on the January 2nd and the Escape arrives on February 15. most likely bookings for January was very poor in the past and it did not make sense to have a sail sail at reduced capacity in colder winter climate
