  2. not all ships have the digital photo system. Ships with Pixels Digital Photo Gallery is currently on the following ships: Carnival Breeze, Carnival Celebration, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Magic, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Paradise, Carnival Radiance, Carnival Venezia, Carnival Vista and Mardi Gras. If you are on other ships that do not have the digital system like the Sunshine, Freedom, Miracle and so on they will still print out the photos' and display it on the shelves
  3. they made up a story to justify line cutting and getting what they need quickly. there is no such thing as preorder there is one cruise line that i know of that you can order a entire pizza that is delivery only and you have to pay a fee

  6. I kind of feel the OP pain a bit on the platinum items not being in the room right away. If other cruise lines is still putting platinum items in the room, why cant carnival do the same thing?
  7. on my previous cruises, Manhattan/taste is around 45 minutes to an hour. Cagney's, Teppanyaki and Moderno slightly over a hour
  8. not sure if they will be a problem but on the excursions where you need to sign a waiver, they might noticed the names on the ticket does not match the name that signed the waiver
  9. this is one area i find norwegian lacking compare to other cruise lines that have it like carnival and royal that has it at the coffee shop area
  10. after you add the excursion to the cart, make sure you complete the process and book it. it will require a payment at the end. you can cancel the excursion anytime by calling or doing it onboard the ship do not leave the excursion in the cart
  11. The waiting area and the porter area is covered
  12. the bar hours is posted in the freestyle daily. most bars close by 11pm or earlier. they are still a few bars that is open later till like 1/2am
  13. not strange. i too am platinum and i always select the late boarding time of around 1230/1 and my boarding group is usually something like E/G or something like that
  14. when you have fttf, the boarding zone is useless. when they do begin boarding, they will make announcements for the priority boarding before they call regular zone numbers

  17. it might be a schedule departure. For my cruise on the Escape in October the schedule departure time is around 6pm they are a few TA cruises with a 7/8pm departure time on the ncl website
  18. no show reservations is only needed for the epic/breakaway/breakaway plus and prima class ship
  19. The Epic is going to pass the Prima shortly. Prima appears to be docking at around 1am
  20. I am sailing in a few weeks, the pass is sold out for my cruise keep checking the planner daily. they will add the pass anytime between now and march 2024
  21. if you are not checking bags at the airport and doing carry on only, you dont have to be there that early. i have tsa precheck with a carry on bag. i have no issues getting to the airport an hour before the flight
