  1. You can get a sleeve for it and still attach it to a bracelet
  2. I emailed special_needs@rccl.com and asked if I could bring a small ninja blender for dietary reasons. I had to send them pictures and measurments of the blender. After back and forth conversations they approved it. When I got to the port I had a feeling it would be an issue... With that in mind I had the blender in three pieces, with the blades covered, and the email on my phone pulled up. Of cource they told me I couldn't bring it!! But they said they would contact the ship and had me fwd the email to them and the contact on the ship. They only held onto the blades and said they woukd make sure they will be ON the ship so if approved I could get it at GS We got on the ship, drank, ate and walked around until the cabins were opened. When we opened the door we saw the blade, a few bottles of water and a letter of apologies for any inconveniences... Email special_needs@rccl.com!! Make sure to give them your reservation number, ship, date and what dietary/digestive issues are...
  3. On one cruise we saw a Crock Pot, a small Char-Broil Portable Grill and a Rice Cooker... We wondered if they brought food with them. The rice would be easty to bring... But meat and veggies? Did they think they would go hungry? Did the think the food cost extra? The conversations we had on the 18 hour drive home 🤣😂🤣
  4. When we sailed on Symphony in Aug 2021 there were only 1127 passengers. I don't think it is right to say it is my favorite ship... But it was my favorite cruise!! The ports were eh... they changed the itinerary a few weeks before the cruise.
  5. I don't have a favorite ship... I always put the itinerary above the ship... If the dates and itinerary are around the same, I will decide on which ship has a cabin I am intersted in
  6. I believe they are returned to points on BOA. During Covid, that is what happened to us.
  7. We live near Rockford and drive to Fort Everglades and Miami almost every year sometimes twice a year (mainly in the winter) We give ourselves an extra day to arrive but hardly ever need it so we have more fun in the sun. We typically stay the night near Atlanta. Only because regardless of what time of day or night that we are near Atlanta, there is always a traffic jam that we don't want to sit in and keep driving through, So we either end or start our next day there LOL Good luck with whatever you decide!!
  8. I've been to hooked... I was just confused by the comment. But but comparing to Chops where it is an additional upcharge I understand what you were saying 🙂
  9. Where did the cruises start from and/or where what were the ports on Jewel? 5 Nights would not recieve lobster... I believe it is 6 nights or longer Hooked was included with the Cruise Fare or the Lobster was included with the dining package or fee of the Specialty Restaurant?
  10. We had a connecting cabin on Anthem deck 13 (I don't remember the room number) We heard more when we had the balcony door open then we heard through the connected door with the balcony door closed...
  11. I normally get the Refreshment Package... It has been going up in price and I am not sure I would pay more than $25 a day, Between the bottled water and the specialty coffee, I can breakeven each day. The Mocktails and the fresh OJ is a nice bonus for me lol
  12. We checked in the cruise planner to see what specialty restaurant was open for lunch on boarding day (For us it was Jamies, on Symphony). We went there for lunch, since it is included with the UDP, and we made a majority of our resevations while we at lunch and booked our shows... The other reservations we dialed 7000 when we knew what we wanted to do
  13. I first read it on FB and was LMAO at the replies! One of the threads said that D+ lost the CL and the Suite Lounge. Neeless to say they were jumped on as well. I was questioning if they ever had minds to lose with the way they are acting.
  14. The first time I booked a suite the email went to my spam folder... Since then I would check my spam folder from about 10 days prior to the cruise (typically it is 7 - 5 days)
  15. When you booked the room for 4 people, did they ask/get the names and ages of all 4 people? How can they put you in a room that only accomadates three if you gave them the info for all four? Was the deposit for 3 or 4 people? You should be able to tell by the amount. If they only charged for 3, then yes, you would have to pay more for the 4th... So I would start with the receipt/deposit Do you have a receipt? They should have emailed it to you. I am confused too
  16. I am so sorry for your loss... Thoughts and Prayers to you and your loved ones 💔
  17. I know I am tired but I am so confused by your post. Are you replying to the OP or a specific post? What does your post even mean?
  18. Not that you asked me but I actually prefer the smaller ships. I only book Oasis Class occasionally when cruising with friends or family. I don't see myself EVER booking/cruising on Icon... Looks like a kiddieland on steroids. I book for the itinerary, the ship is secondary...
  19. Maybe it is a novelty for you... But not for others! Why don't you save your negative comments
  20. I have only done it on the app!! Thank you for replying in my place, I was at work 😄
  21. Another option is to go through the Check-In process again and see if you get a better time slot... Other than that if you want to risk waiting outside, show up early, if not, show up during your scheduled time. If everyone shows up at 10 am and ignores their scheduled time... How fast do you think thry can get 6500 people on the ship? Do yo like being packed in like a sardine? Just Sayin'
  22. I'm with you... I don't think ketchup belongs anywhere near breakfast.
