  3. I mainly drink water... No Soda, No Tea, No Lemonade etc The ship water is filtered and fine for consumption but I don't like the way it tastes!! To me, it tastes like dust. @SeaScout Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted. (It used to state that it must be carried on) RC Website FAQ
  4. As a D+ You now will receive 5 'vouchers' a day, automatically loaded on your SeaPass at 5 am every morning. They do not carry over to the next day, but they are sharable. If I don't use my 5, I get drinks for others or for my room attendant 🙂 You can use them for any drink up to $14, any time. Possibly $13 on some ships it will be listed on your welcome letter. If ordering a Water or Soda and you don't want it counted as one of your 5, just let the bartender know. I am not a big drinker but I do drink a lot of bottled water, specialty coffee, and fresh OJ so I have been getting the Refreshment Package (when it is at a reasonable price) and using the vouchers for my cocktails 🙂
  5. No worries, similar things happen to me all the time!! 😄
  6. Captains Club is Celebrity if I am not mistaken... Call Crown and Anchor and make sure your accounts are linked. As long as you are a couple living under the same address. Both people will have the status of the one with the higher points. You will both earn points individually, but keep the status of the one with the higher points
  7. I just bring a USB hub... No electrical outlets. Small 4+1 Large 7+1
  8. Does it matter if it says Suite or not? What benefits are they missing out on if it is not listed on the Set Sail? I am not sure I ever even looked if mine ever said Suite.
  9. I would have talked to someone at the port... I think they are subcontracted. Yes it would be nice if RC would step up, but it is the Port that needs to be made aware of the situation
  10. I had it booked for $58. The cruise was during the global shutdown. On the next cruise that I was going to CocoCay they wanted $226. I couldn't figure out how or what changed to jump so much... We passed on it LOL
  11. Find the largest-width hair straightener. I personally have never needed it but I have one

  13. Downy Wrinkle Releaser and Steam from the shower... Or embrace the wrinkles... Everyone on the ship is in the same boat with no irons or steamers 😄
  14. I bring a universal remote just in case the provided remote does not have an input button
  15. I don't know that I would call it a rip-off if it is the standard operating procedure for most if not all cruise lines, countries, and times... Getting mad at RC or the people trying to help you understand isn't going to get you anywhere. Since you said you looked at 3rd parties, how were they priced? I know the times don't work for you but maybe you can compare pricing. Enjoy your cruise... Or Cancel and see if there is another cruise line that has better pricing for this must-have excursion
  16. I am not seeing the Rip-Off... Is the Rip-off that they won't let you change to cancel the Spanish and change to English? Or is the Rip-Off because English costs more? Or did I miss something else? Did you look into booking 3rd party?
  17. Poor Value... But my Playmakers and Poolside BBQ are not very expensive. If you do decide to eat there for lunch, just tell them NOT to charge it against your 3-Night Package.
  18. Yes, it fluctuates like the beverage packages. $20 credit is for specialty restaurants that are a la carte pricing such as Poolside BBQ and Playmakers
  19. I have an oops too!! LOL Looks like they took the tub out of the one bedroom and put in a large shower eliminating the height advisement
  20. It is wasted on me as well... I used to get the Refreshment Package and buy an alcoholic drink if I wanted one. Now that I get 5 drink vouchers a day... I may just buy my non-alcoholic drinks as I go🤣 😂🤣
  21. I had that debate on Harmony... We picked the ATS!! People in the Roll Call wanted to see the 1 bedroom ATS and they were surprised at how large it was. They had been in a One Bedroom on Oasis and it wasn't set up as well on Oasis as it was on Harmony. Also, said there is a height limit for the shower. The balcony is still nice, but I would check some YouTube videos and see if you really want it... I love the Owners Suites and I really love the Balcony on the ATS!! But not sure I would do an ATS on Oasis or Allure
  22. There is no limit. Carnival has a 15-drink limit on alcohol, Royal does not. They may cut you off for a few hours or for the night if you are out of control or too drunk
  23. The Key comes with the internet... You wouldn't need it with the soda package unless when you said "first week" you are doing a b2b
