we've got the 5 day scheduled and paid for - I'd say we're about 80/20 in still going. It will be our last cruise on the CB - even if it will be at Port Canaveral ... or not, depending on if we go on the 5 day and how it goes - if it's understaffed again - it will definitely be our last time

I got a little fare reduction on the SUN P for next (2024) October - was $120 + the 8% decrease on insurance for a total of $129.60 took a simple email to our CVP and done with no phone calls and within about an hour.

we sailed on CB over Thanksgiving at 100+% capacity - way understaffed, and could only get into Sabatini's on the first night (we did, and was excellent), and not into Crooners at all. mdr took 2 plus hours even at our table of two - but was almost treated as a table of 10 or so - as the waiter(s) served multiple 2 tops at the same time from the galley. that stated - we're back on the CB - maybe - for a cruise at the end of October if we don't use CFAR.

that's why we use the app on my wife's phone - she can take the drink hit 🥰

you're going to get what you pay for, unless more changes come out between now and then. If you are a 'foodie' , good luck - to us anyway, the mdr and buffet is just food for substance. to us

I might be concerned about those large 'white areas' ... crew?

book at least 2 days at each lodge - otherwise you're just unpacking, dining, sleeping, re-packing

turn your phone / device all the way off - not just to sleep. put on shelf overnight if possible - reboot in the morning - nothing may happen, but you won't be looking at 'blue light' during the night
