Has Princess resumed the tour of the ship?

Carnival: I-95 Princess: M1 -
I posted that here a year or two ago. And was bashed by a couple posters. One of which is posting in this thread. Too funny.

Are the app developers working for the competition?????
Roberto256 replied to TopofWorld's topic in Princess Cruises
No offense. But, you seem to have overlooked clicking your heels together. Based on the posts here, there are many, many people who will cruise on princess ... no matter what! Why spend money on making something good ? -
I think the finally is ... princess wasn't doing it when the shipping was free for the customer. Now that princess is charging, they are happy to charge canadians!
-
Of course not. That would make the old people really cranky. So, they just let them in, too...

I appreciate the reminder that this is still an ongoing problem.

Does the buffet on Caribbean Princess have trays?
Roberto256 replied to Bollycats's topic in Princess Cruises
But, it should be "dollar-twenty-five tree". But, best buy gets away with a misleading name, so why not dollar tree? -
Wow, that's cool ... and sensible ... and contradicts many previous posts here. A good change! Maybe princess is not trying as hard to annoy their customers... Until the $25 medallion kettle fee is implemented.

1) Make it work 2) Everything else '1' apparently eluded accenture, as they are out, and someone else (can't remember who) is in.

I would say ... start near your home. Much less stressful. If a suitcase gets lost ... and it's when you are flying ... it hardly matters.

Unpopular Opinion: I'm excited about the changes to Plus and Premier

From your lips to john padgett's ears. Or, maybe hopefully not. -
Thank you for your pronouncement. In the original post, the poster asks a question about 'Grand Class Ships' Someone then posting about 'Grand Princess' does not deserve your correction, as it is most certainly a grand class ship. And, it was a few posts later that sapphire was mentioned.

Isn't grand princess a grand class ship? Gee, with the name, one would think so...

They are busy updating prices to annoy as many guests as possible. Coming soon, a one-time $25 fee for accessing the princess website. (one fee per booking)

I Have Been Woefully Ignorant Regarding Tips
Roberto256 replied to SargassoPirate's topic in Princess Cruises
Ding. Ding. Ding. Survey says... NUMBER ONE ANSWER. What I find amusing ... now, with all the packages which include crew appreciation... Lots and lots of cruisers have the 'tips' rolled into the cruise fare. But, I have read here many, many times that the cruise lines can't do this. It violates some accounting law for publicly traded companies, blah, blah... Always posted by self-professed experts. To save money and regulations, carnival corp set up a panamanian corporation to run their onboard gaming. I always assumed that if carnival corp want to roll tips into cruise fares that they were clever enough, and had enough lawyers to do so... And, who is in this customer facing tip pool seems to be very fluid. At one time princess mentioned front desk, shops and entertainment. Now, they do not. All I know is that I have heard from people I know on princess that the 'salary' sucks, and lots of them have left. Virgin voyages seems to be a popular destination. You might see a maitre d' you recognize there. P.S. When crew says 'salary' for their tip income, it sounds off to me. But that is what they say... -
Sapphire, Grand & Caribbean All Completely Unavailable???
Roberto256 replied to Grammy J's topic in Princess Cruises
Farewell cruise to Alang ? -
No offense, but I don't think they like you. Both you and the double-occupancy folks pay the same cruise fare (usually). But with double occupancy, the cruise line gets a chance at onboard revenue from 2 people in the cabin, rather than 1. Two people drinking. Two people gambling. Two people buying excursions...

The link I posted has additional pictures showing other components. But, you're right. The battery is the largest component.

And? The princess web site still call it medallionclass app. https://www.princess.com/ships-and-experience/ocean-medallion/ It's seems kind of rude to post a snotty correction, and then be wrong. Perhaps you can advise us where this official designation is posted? "The app which is now officially known as the Princess App"
