Before boarding contact Royal Special Needs at 866.592.7225. My granddaughter is lactose intolerant and the on the first night on Oasis met with the head waiter and went over the menu for dinner. Each night went thru the same exercise for the next night. He prepared special entrees/appetizers and chocolate chip cookies and other desserts. Noticed in the WJ that there was a station designated as gluten free. Our headwaiter was very good. We enjoyed the pretzel rolls that they serve in Chop's and asked if they could be made available for us in the MDR. Sure enough, the next night and subsequent nights a nice bunch were placed on our table. Also, asked for Savory Bites.

Formal nights are no longer what they used to be. It's almost like any other night. Even photographers are available almost any night. Just off Oasis out of Bayonne and scheduled Chops on the first formal night. The only night that I keep track of is the lobster night.

What is more distressing on land is that people tip on the total including the tax portion. I always have an argument with my son that the tax is not a service. Some restaurants when they show a tip calculation at bottom of bill will show the tip amounts excl. taxes and others including tax. Ps. When I use my D+ BOGO, sometimes I get a bill and other times I do not. However, if service is good, I give the waiter a cash tip amount.

I got a text from UPS that they tried delivering a package, however, when I called the local UPS location they told me there was no package for me. They looked it up by address and name. Also, verified with C&A desk that no deliveries were made.
