Hi Melody, I remember even as a little kid, my Dad LOVED Tony and his songs. We had one of those big hi-fi sets with the turn table. I guess many families had those back in the day.

Not sure if any of you heard, but Tony Bennett died today. He was 96 and had been preforming for over 7 decades! Sadly, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2016. I loved this guy so much. Guess I am old school but he was simply fantastic. I saw his last concert on tv with Lady Gaga.......it was amazing. That was in 2021....... Tony Bennett, RIP.

My name should be pronounced as it is spelled....LOIS.....Lois. Many, many, many times the crew and staff have a hard time saying it correctly. Sometimes I correct them, sometimes I don't. I know they are not doing it on purpose. It seems to be the way it comes off the tongue and comes out more like Louis. No freedom lost here, just a course correction and they usually try to pronounce it as I have asked them to.........

Hi Sherri, yes I sail next month. Flying out on the 25th and arriving at Heathrow the morning of the 26th, sailing Aug 27th from Southampton to Copenhagen 12 nights. And you are correct. This was a different Radiologist than the last one. It has been really hot up here too. And it is not August yet. I am in lightweight cotton shorts and a tank top.

Hi Kat, this imaging facility has been doing my Mammograms for at least the past 2 or 3 years so they have previous photos already. I will of course go back in 6 months. I just know when I went last year the radiologist had said everything looked clear and I could wait a year.....so now its back to 6 months. I just hope everything comes back "negative" in December. Not sure if you know who Jill Martin is (she is on the Today Show)......anyway, she just announced that she has tested positive and will be having surgery this week. I wish her all the best.

Like I mentioned earlier, I never retrieved my bag upon disembarkation and it made it home safe and sound🙂

I used them once and in my case, I never saw the "Luggage forward" people. The Guest Relations staff helped me with everything and when I disembarked the ship I went directly to the car service who drove me to the airport. Now, my case may have been handled differently (possibly).....I had hurt my leg on the cruise and they did everything they could to make my disembarkation as easy and smooth as possible. But I never saw anyone from Luggage Forward and my bag was delivered to my home about 3 days after I arrived home, all in tact and no issues🙂Oh, this cruise was Barcelona/Barcelona round trip.

Soda does not quench my thirst. Actually, I can't remember the last time I even drank one.......... To totally quench it....on a hot day..........ice cold water, thank you.

I leave in 41 days for my next cruise and haven't looked for anything new and don't plan to either. Actually, I haven't shopped for clothes in many, many months for any reason.

Hi girls, been a while since I posted. Volunteering is going pretty well. I am only going 2 days a week. The weather has been HOT (as it has been everywhere). I got a letter in the mail from the imaging place who did my mammogram last month saying it shows I have "Dense breast tissue" (which I knew) BUT I thought I would only need a mammogram once a year going forward. They want me to come back in 6 months to check again. Better to be safe than sorry. I made the appt for the end of December. Not sure if ya'll remember, but I had breast surgery in 2019 so I do have to be aware of anything funky. Hoping this tissue is all there is.......just fatty tissue. Hope all of you are doing well.
