  1. CANNOT get passages on your phone. Regent does not yet have an app for that.
  2. We were on Mariner from 9/21-11/3. Never a problem getting the port info sheet when I asked for one. Rene and his staff were always quite helpful to us.
  3. Those are available at Destinations but you have to ask for it. Not a stock of the printed copies - they will access the port info sheet you want on their computer and print a copy for you. I generally do this for ports we'll be in on Sundays to get close-by church info.

  5. I think they said there were when we were onboard earlier this month.
  6. Depending on where in the world you join the ship - the request should be submitted anywhere from 60-90 days prior to embarkation. You need to specify exactly what you want .... and how much..... and it's possible that there will be a charge associated with your request depending on price and availability.
  7. The wines onboard can vary from ship to ship depending on sourcing availability and where a ship may be taking on provisions. Ex; Villa Maria as well as Pouilly- Fuisse(sp) were AWOL the last several weeks on Mariner. BUT we had a great red from Portugal-Escada, as well as a Red Blend from R Cellars
  8. I don't believe REGENT would change your flights. It would be the AIRLINE'S own flight cancellations and/or schedule changes that might affect your travels. Regent will do its best to rectify an airline-caused flight change with the best-available arrangements within their contractual agreements with the airlines. I believe in placing the blame where it belongs. Regent cannot control what an airline does with it's flight schedules.
  9. I wish they'd take it easy on all the SALT. Yes, miso, soy sauce, etc are inherently salty so those add sufficient 'salty' flavor. People can add more at the table if they need it.

  13. ArriveCAN - just completed the forms and have an e-receipt for this. Also had to go to eh LifeLabs website to 'register for a test' in case we are randomly chosen to their arrival testing. Problem is - we arrive after 9pm on 9/20 and the airport-area lab is closed by that time. So, if one of us is chosen we have to go the next morning to get tested...grrrr...and it says 'test results will be emailed to you within 4 days...' We'll be long-gone by then! We will be staying relatively near the airport for that 1 night so hopefully won't be much of a hassle if we do have to go back. Next question - I "thought" I read somewhere that we have to do ANOTHER ArriveCAN form since we'll be boarding Mariner the next day (9/21) - or was I dreaming? When do we have to do that one?
  14. @kkmiausa- do I understand that you plan to stay in your suite the entire time and just order room service?
  15. Was the cost of the private excursions included in your overall/total trip cost to determine the premium amount due to cover all of your nonrefundable & prepaid expenses?

  19. We plan to socialize.....just as we have done on our 100+ nights on 4 different ships since Regent's return to cruising.
  20. That is when the booking window actually opens. You have requested a pre-booking that will be processed with all others in some order on that date. Same process was used gor the 25WC....we gave our preferences to our RSSC rep a couple weeks in advance and received our confirmation really early in the morning of the established booking date. No worries.
