    No, you just need to book it and pay for it first day. We never go 1st night. Seldom go on 2nd night.

    We got there before noon if I remember correctly and the traffic was terrible. Also long waits to drop off luggage. But no line to enter the terminal and no wait to check in. The uber driver said that there was also terrible traffic trying to get there to pick up disembarking passengers. Had never seen it that bad before.

    I stop at a restaurant shortly after boarding and make our bogo reservation for later in the week, not necessarily at that restaurant, and pay and done. No problem. For long cruises might make 2 reservations for 2 nts.

    We usually tip but have noticed that many don't. Usually in local currency I think unless they let you know they want US dollars.

    We use the Cruise On one from Amazon. Hasn't been a problem. Used it on Royal.

    That's what we do. I price it out when it goes on sale pre-cruise. Except for once it was always cheaper to buy on board.

    On another thread, don't recall which one, someone said that it worked but a couple of others said it didn't. I've never tried it that way. Always waited until we boarded, stopped at a restaurant, picked a date and paid.

    Reach out to the car services mentioned in this thread and get bids. Make your reservation in advance.

    We've always rode it for free and like it. In the early days they even went side to side for free.

    I don't use debit cards. Too many problems if a mistake is made. Very hard to correct an error. I get some cash from our bank in the denominations I want so I can have small bills for tips, etc, and don't have to find an atm when we get off a plane or in a cruise port.

    Thanks. That's what I thought. We'll have to make plans to do it before heading to the port unless our flt arrives early the day before.

    How long is the cruise? The 6 mos for passports doesn’t apply but I might be concerned if this id expires before the end of the cruise.

    Did you use Royal's form that is online? We're supposed to be taking our granddaughter next summer. Couldn't tell whose signature has to be notarized. I assume just the parents' and not ours but it wasn't clear. We'll be flying into LA, near where our children live and sailing from there, the day before and want to make sure we don't have to something just before boarding the ship.

    Don't want to carry phone. And dh would definitely object to that. If I don’t have a pocket a lanyard works or a small purse. Definitely wouldn't want to give teens a phone...the cost for that could be huge!

    Can non D+ guests do any bogo? We're traveling with 2 couples who are D. We're D+. Anyway they can get a bogo? I seem to remember the restaurants trying to sell something on boarding but since we're D+ I don’t pay much and book 1st day for a future day without thinking much about other offers.
