I know if you were my mum I would take no pleasure in seeing you in pain and I'm sure they find it upsetting and would do "whatever it takes" to find a pain free mum again . You have to look after yourself before you can look after anyone else . When hopefully in many year from now when your dead and gone , you have the chance to leave your kids with memories of a pain free mum ? You cannot put a price on that , so you are doing it for them not just yourself .🙂 You have good advice from posts above ,there's nothing to feel guilty about . Go for it thers nothing to lose , best of luck with it - Take care .

Was watching a low budget film for a pub they did for Christmas ,sending out the message "we have friends that we haven't met yet A bit like when we go cruising most people when walking the decks say "hello." Like on here over two years giving support to people we have never met and possibly never will but we still say "hello ". In human nature there is a lot of good, not just leading up to Christmas but all year round , which shows in all 2,108 pages of this thread .🙂 Take care . . .

Nor did we think that way but my days of drinking or walking far have gone , so warm weather cruises ,the balcony is our enjoyment . Last cruise our balcony neighbour had recent heart surgery and booked their balcony so he could watch the world go by and relax . We had plenty of inside cabins when I worked hard and played hard as I had little time for sat on a balcony . So we adapt to what suits us all.

Everything in my book fully agree. Pity everything seems to be going that way ,as you have pointed out ,the supermarkets would you like to scan your trolley load of shopping ..? Err no thanks ! Going on holiday never fear an app is near !! Our ticket is on your phone as is your hotel details. Print your own luggage labels and take them to that machine that weighs scans and takes your luggage . Now onto the passport scan that and your phone if you have no ticket and have a nice holiday .Should you need us give us a text and if your planes delayed we will text you . We hope you have a nice holiday . Who the hell is we as we aint seen anyone 😒

Morning it's 1.c with a chill of -3 outside ,so gave the heating a boost. So sat with a nice cuppa reading some of the other threads ,lots of talk about Chocolate and I read how some like silent disco's on ships. Can you imagine trying to explain a silent disco to the un informed as it is anything but silent . Loud speaker music is replaced with half inebriated ,yelping and howling like a banshee in pain is a fairer description of the disco . The main thing is they enjoy themselves . Have a good day

We have things called Grandkids who happily take our pound coins and change Free of Charge 🙃

Other week we had text "card gone over" due to ships medical issues "pay us summat !" Went to bank that I have c card with .. Them "We cannot take your bank card for payment but you can pay cash and you can take the money out of our robot machines and give the cash to us at our one and only counter with a person behind it " 😒 There is a queue so may wait a bit to get served . So trotted over to said machine grabbed money and stood in turn ,thinking happy thoughts of when I used to call in at my bank before they shut it forever. I didn't mind going to town that day as I have free parking due to my medical issues . So I think seeing the bank got money and my parking was nowt ..We will call that one a draw 😅
