Morning 2.c here and a frost on the grass but the sun is up to deal with that . Thinking about it this week we have had rane, hale, gails, drissle, thundre, litnin, tawnaydoes and frizzing colde.. That's what I call a bad spell of weather 🙃😉 Hope you all have a good day -Take care .

Hope you enjoy your cruise Damien . We did two weeks on the Azura and due to those on for just a week ,you get to see those leaving and the new ones arrive . For a few hours in between the ship became very peaceful and nice to walk around , even the buffet was calm but only until the coaches began to arrive with folk. You get to hear the captains welcome /goodbye speeches again through the PA . Hope you enjoy

Glad to read things are fine Josy . Mrs K also had prob's with raised potassium levels that are now thankfully OK. She too avoids bananas ,as well as oranges ,tomatoes and when peeling spuds she will rinse soak and repeat as this lowers the content as well . Mrs K says.. hope the above is of help to you .

Morning 8.c here and just had a heavy rain shower.Who'd have thought it rain showers in April. One things for sure the chippy's will be putting up the price of a bag of chips soon ,due to being too wet or dry . Looks to be brightening up ,hope you all have a good day Take care 🙂

I must point out guys that I used to go to bed at 10 pm and not 10am , I like my kip but not 18hrs worth , they didn't work me that hard honest 😅 Todays been a lovely day ,we managed a countryside stroll ,followed by a slow roast beef Sunday dinner . The carrots are used as a trivet for the beef which makes them extra tasty . Looks to be a pleasant evening 13.c and I hope your all having a good day too .🙂

I had the same problem when I used to work,being in bed for 10am and up at 4am ready to start my day became the norm for me . To this day I still feel tired around 10 but make myself stay awake until at least 11pm. I now wake up around 6.30 ish naturally but a few morning will still wake up at 4 am for no reason . Not an easy cycle to break .

Good morning 13.c ,looks to be a makings of a nice day . Love or hate it, todays the Grand National and folk keep asking me "Are you having a go ? " .. The answer is no ,but I did have go on the one on Blackpool's sea front once .🙃 I was told a woman has won the grand national... Unbelievable. !!! I cannot imagine Mrs K jumping over all those fences. Got our annual travel renewal insurance quote this morning and was fearing the worst due to the claim we made for Mrs K on the Azura last year and increases due to inflation etc. Was very surprised when the price came in almost £5 less than last years price. Going on how we were treated when we needed to use them , think we will stay put 🙂

Morning 13.c tipped to reach18.c for us today,so not too bad . Hope all goes well for @indiana123 today 🙂 Hope Jane enjoys her TV show .
