Correct Avril ,that's why I take two, Drs orders and all that 🙂

I use the same make as Avril but the model is M2 but with the arm cuff, this is the same model you often/most likely see on your Drs desk. I asked my Dr the same question and she said .The arm cuff is the one they prefer and use this as a template . The wrist model is good and will only be a minute out if any from the cuff model. The problems are misuse ,darting around the house and taking a reading soon after, or a bit stressed ,just finished a hot drink etc . You need to be calm and relaxed. I take two readings at least .

And with that evidence ,we conclude the case be dismissed Mallard . Er I meant M'lord🙃

So pleased for her Graham ,as we know she has not much going her way in the past, apart from Pauline and you . Maybe he will be mega good to her and whisk her away on a nice cruise . I realise that ,just something that stuck in my mind ,as you say could have been for a host of reasons. I travel with my weekly pill packs but always take at least a week more than needed . Maybe she was staying onboard for the next cruise ,I'm sure she had her reasons for carrying so much .

Morning on this bright and sunny morning ,well it is here at the moment. We too have postal votes ,so that's sorted . How things have changed over the years .We used to have two guys driving around the streets in a Morris Minor van with a speaker attached to the roof which was almost as big as the car . Never could understand half of what they were saying, about as clear as our rag and bone man ,maybe it was him. I keep looking out for Alice Cooper as he said he wanted to be elected but you never see him on the ballot papers . Anyway I vote we all have a good day ,take care .🙂

What stood out to me John was 3-4 boxes easily visible and the cruise was a 5 day one..

Too true ,I remember a cruise years ago and a woman at the side of us was filling in her questionnaire at the side of us .She had left her big travel bag open and she had a few boxes of Imodium ? Recovery or prevention ? Who knows .

My Mrs has just read out to me a bit of a horror story ,which unfolded on the Ventura.(Could happen on any ship really ) The woman says they had a good holiday on the Ventura and even though Noro cases were reported ,her and hubby managed to stay healthy . On their disembarkation day they were sent to the MDR and were sat at a table with other folk until it was time to leave the ship. One couple were suffering with Noro and another couple,one had covid. To make matters worse ,the cougher/splutterier had no mask. All this table were coach passengers and were on the same coach . The journey home was not a good one as we can all imagine . Does anyone still carry masks in their cruise luggage ? The cruise companies advise folk to do so. Does anyone have a back up plan ? Yes when we are ill we want to get home but would it not be better to book a room in a hotel for a few days until recovered . Expensive with the added travel but .. ?

Good morning ,I remember one of our lads saying that he had seen an alien on his way to work . Question is how did he know it was on it's way to work ? 😕 The footie was good last night ,the Turkish goalie pulled off an amazing save that sent Austria back home. Update ,my car insurance renewal quote e-mail arrived this morning and going on what some of you guys were reporting ,I was fearing the worst. Good news is it has only gone up just over £40 ,so I have spent the last hour comparing other insurers and to my surprise they would want at least £60-£70 more,for a like for like insurance . So that's sorted for another year .
