Bright and sunny here as well ,lovely weather for dog walking . I owned a dog once which we bought off the local blacksmith . Within 10 minutes of getting it home he made a bolt for the door 🙃 Have a great day folks .🙂

Talking of filming onboard regardless of who is filming . How many film the theatre shows even after a PA stating that ... "the filming of our theatre shows are not allowed " Most folk decide it does not apply to them .🤔

Shopping centres and the like yes but stood outside on a pavement is quite legal . If someone was getting arrested for shop lifting and thrown into a cop van, you can film it even if the prisoner objects to it . But back to ships ,I think the horse as bolted from the stable .where we can state "no filming for commercial reasons" What if the film is a few years old? I used to like to film but early morning when no one was around and I never did them hoping to make money . Thing is lots of folk are buying GO Pro's and want to film and post online , at the moment they are doing no wrong .

As I posted above ,this would be hard to police .Some folk are filming to show the family back home and some are doing it as a money making vlog . Does the cruise ship insist everyone onboard take no photos or films ? If they had a rule it has to be one that applies to all cruisers . When folk film in a UK public place they are breaking no laws ,if you are passing by that is just unfortunate that you were passing by. Not easy to police at all .

Morning ,we are really getting our moneys worth with the rain and April showers. 5.c which feels like 1.c at the moment . I nipped out a few hours ago to a local DIY store for a small package on Click and collect as I thought this would be quicker- Wrong ! After 15 minutes I got an e mail saying the order would be ready within 30 mins and they would send me a collection pin code . Well over a hour passed so I went to the store to show them the Email as no code sent . First they blamed my phone and said wait 5 more mins. Then said they had not sent the code but were sending it now , wait another 5 mins . Then they said they were having IT problems with "some" orders today . At this point they decided to release the goods to me without the pin code . Looks like it was one of those days for some of us .

As I posted this morning ... " "CC was showing unavailable try later on this PC this morning and only when checking it out on my phone did I realise it was running ok . So gave the old PC a good clean out and all is OK again ." If its still playing up try a clean up ,I did and the PC worked with CC ok .

And there lies the problem ,off the ship they do not need your permission if they are filming in a public place but how do we work out who can and can't film onboard . That is down to the ships themselves but folk would be up in arms if they could not film their holiday . I don't name any of the vloggers as to be fair a few do good films and do avoid the filming of others . My pet hates are the folk who have their face stuck in the camera 80% of the film , also they sit gorging on loads of food and tell us .."I'm doing this for you " 😒

There was two guys who filmed on a MSC ship and made it clear they did not like it . Not too long back they went onboard and decided they liked it but the powers that be on that ship told them they were not welcome to film the ship anymore . They complained they only stopped them from filming and felt victimised. What the difference was they were doing it for a living unlike the true holidaymakers and left the ship early as they could not film .

Reading your post I think we would have refused to get off the plane but at least everyone's OK and your Dads got his medication and your sister has had one of those .. I wont do that again moments . Take care 🙂

Yes a very good list and good that it helps people . Maybe if I give you another view ,I set off smoking at 18 years old and will admit that I loved it ,a rock band and a pint was my idea of fun . Waking up in the morning wanting one and coughing my lungs up I began to question myself , is this worth it ? I tried to give up umpteen times over the years convincing myself I was going to pack in at a time of my choosing . Years past and before I knew it I was almost 50 years old and thought enough is enough .A few of my friends were dying painful deaths . The way I gave up was almost self hypnosis and in my mind pictured the most ugly foul looking smelly man . He was laughing at me "fags are good , your mates died happy , you will be soon " "There's nothing you can do, I'm you friend when things go bad * " I will still be helping you when your family's crying, You can maybe see your Grandkids from beyond the grave " He said sneering and laughing at me . Challenging me I come before your family ! That did it he was going out of my life with his fags . Every time I thought about a fag I thought .That is not going to be in my life anymore ! Get him out of your life Jane do not let him win .🙂❤️

I take it you are asking the folk who have these "problems/issues" you have read about? Lots of folk who don't post are happy with what they get and post how many more cruises they have booked . Some recent cruises we went on were sold out which begs the question .. What is the ratio of satisfied /un-satisfied cruises ? 🤔

Why is it that the managers of these places always put the employee with the worst accent on the intercom for your orders ? The guys who pass you the food once you get to the window just knowingly smile at you and say "Sorry about the weight " So I suppose they try to warn you before you drive off. They can be scary places late at night . I once parked up to eat my meal and to my horror saw dead people walking around my car 😮 I've never ordered "Medium " fries since 🙃 Have good day everyone .🙂

Was good watching folk who loved to blow the life jacket whistle, with a big smile on their face . That was until you informed them ,lots of folk do that and the stewards do not clean them but if you like the taste of some strangers week old saliva 🙃
