I did a back to back on the Caribbean Princess in May. I figured I would see the big 3 production shows twice - one for eastern and one for western. The second week was all specialty acts, no production shows. Could be the same on the Sky.

I have two cruises for May - 1 Caribbean and 1 British Isles and very few shore excursions are listed. I haven't cruised Celebrity in a while, is this typical? Some ports show no excursions yet and others show only a few excursions. I tend to do a combo of DIY and ship excursions, but hard to compare when little is showing.

Could be part of the coin shortage.

I was on Caribbean Princess in May for two weeks. A little older and doesn't have all the new Royal Class ship additions, but it is a great ship. I would sail her again. The thermal suite is very relaxing. It does have Sabatini's and Crown Grill. Great staff. I find her an easy ship to navigate.

Or it could be sold out at the moment.

I think a solo should get two device access since they are paying for two people.

I prefer Princess and really enjoyed my 2 weeks on the Caribbean Princess. Having said that, I'm looking at Celebrity to get in some different islands and at a lower rate next summer. I did this before to change up the islands and it seems Princess only has the Caribbean Princess in the Caribbean during the summer. My last 4 cruises have been on her and I'd like to try out a different ship. No dissatisfaction here.

I did 2 weeks on Caribbean in May. Still in good shape and crew were great. Price may factor, but I'd like to try newer ship.

Breakfast is the big perk for me. Better service and food at suite breakfast. French toast and Eggs Benedict are great.

I've watched too many passengers join 3 or 4 days late. I'm not sure you can even do it now with the testing requirements to not fly down the day before.

A gamble. Do you have a back up plan?

Add me to the list of those waiting. I'm looking for Caribbean May sailings,. I'd love to see a ship other than the Caribbean Princess do the sailings. I like the Caribbean Princess, but I have been on her my past 4 cruises. I'd like a different ship.

It's a new benefit for Elite. You get to see more of your future voyages. Kidding, just another tech issue to be worked out.

As a solo cruiser and thinking about Equinox for a May '23 Caribbean cruise , I'm looking forward to your insight. I sailed Celebrity once before, but prefer Princess.

With the way ships are full at the moment, I'm not sure you will see further drops. Situation could change, but demand seems high right now.

I was on the Caribbean Princess in May out of Ft. Lauderdale. B2B passengers met in the Princess Theater at 9:15. We were escorted off about 9:45, went through customs to verify who we were, went to elite lounge, then back on ship about 10:30.

I was on Caribbean Princess in May and Amber Cove was one of the stops. No one was asked to provide COVID vaccine card at Amber Cove. Whatever your cruise line requires will get you to Amber Cove.

In May, I just called the Dine Line and was able to get the time I wanted for Crown Grill. Same for week 2.

I found some lower rates with Celebrity latest 60% off 2nd passenger sale.
