The first 5 would be credited to the folio of the first leg. As soon as boarding begins for the second leg, a new folio is created, with 5 more vouchers for the day.
In many tropical destinations (as well as the SW USA) dress shorts and a polo are perfectly acceptable “adult” clothes and perfectly acceptable for “upscale” dining (not to say cruise line dining is upscale)
