I was looking for something good to start on so I started on True Detective season 4 with Jodie Foster..

Well lemme just say she's my age and...

    Great show!

It looks like a nice town. What a great idea.

Speaking of CRV's here's my Touring Hybrid...this was supposed to be a Toyota Tacoma but our household deal is we pay cash (done) and then Mrs. has to approve...Soon Tacoma became a Venza but due to NONE available I settled for the CRV.  Great pickup, er, I mean SUV

Those CRV’s are highly wanted here with the thieves. Very high theft rate, my friends insurance rate has sky rocketed.

We paid a visit today on the Symphony. I was surprised to find a new variety....Primavera pizza. New for me because I have not seen primavera at Sorrento before. Was good. Visited Bolers later to get  ginger refresher sans rum. Dinner will be at Chops tonight.

Oh I would like to be right alongside you right now. I hope you enjoyed Chops, Yum!

Only been to Amber Cove once, didn't care for it. Now I know why. We rented an umbrella, sat in our loungers, went in the pool, well one little area of the pool, went to the restaurant for lunch, went back to the ship.

Seeing all Patti's pics I now know I missed EVERYTHING! I had no idea all that was there🤦

Same for me.  I now know there is so much more.

Wow what a day scenic.cruising..just spectacular scenery.

There is a big difference cruising the Caribbean vs cruising the Pacific for sure.

What I could not capture in the photos are the several helicopters providing tours.  They looked like tiny dots against the walls.

Celebrity offers free basic drinks to all players actively gambling in the casino, status or not.

I do have casino status but that is because Celebrity has been extending the earning period since before Covid. When they finally end the earning period, my status will not renew as I've decided to put my gambling dollars into only Royal Caribbean.

Well that’s interesting and good to know. Royal is a good choice

    Food is very good!

Believe it or not the wifi level included in our PKG works great.  I am only on while waiting for things to start.

Everything depends on the app so I need to carry my phone.

I was just teasing. I’m glad you are not unplugged enjoying your posts.

Love that place and Oscar😉 growing up in Vegas was awesome. No crime, no gangs,  mob handled all that *****.  My BIL was head of Security at Binions Horseshoe.  So many stories of how they handled their business. Glad you enjoyed your meal.

Sounds like it could be a great book to write.

I read about other people taking short flights (Orlando to Miami, etc) and I have checked many times for a flight from Sarasota or Tampa to Miami, but they are outrageous. Also checked into one-way car rentals rather than parking our own car.  Same story.

I flew from Ontario to Florida for a week two flights were cheaper then freaking car rental.  Prices are crazy.

Once through security you are given a boarding placard. Ours was Priority “A”. You then entered the Captain’s Lounge which is sectioned off for Diamonds, Platinum, and Suites. We are seated by 9:30am…..

We have our first Tribe sighting! In the Tribe t-shirt is Heather (SenatorsFan), and to her right, her husband Peter. To her left is Vic (Roscoe13), who is with his wife Donna. She’s camera shy, so we have to respect that. I will say that she is a very pretty lady, and that Vic and I have definitely married up! Lol.

Jim is displaying their Priority “A” placard……

While we were waiting Patti and I had our Embarkation Photo taken…..

Barbie and Ken are sailing with us this week…..

Sid joins us in the Captain’s Lounge. This is his first cruise as a Platinum member. Welcome to royalty Sid! He’s sporting a Priority “Q” placard, but in reality he’ll be boarding only minutes after us. Don’t know why we didn’t get a picture, but that will be rectified shortly.

At 10:45am boarding begins. We're the first group to board. We’re through the facial recognition scans and heading up the gangway behind Pat & Jim…..

We are now aboard the Carnival Celebration!

    To be continued…..

Great to put faces to names and especially @SenatorsFan for when we meet in person. I still owe you a drive in the Hot Rod 😀

OMG the fastest boarding and luggage delivery we have ever had even with Carnival.

Drop off luggage at port easy peasy then to Rental drop off was smooth as a babies bottom, took the free shuttle to the airport, hopped on the city bus $1.25 each for ride to the port.

The Masses had already boarded by the time we arrived at the shop 1;30 walked right on.. room was ready luggage delivered immediately all unpacked by 2:30...been drinking ever since....I will NEVER match the infamous Ms Megan or Saint Greg but I'm having a blast and we are just getting ready for sail away from our balcony!

Have a fantastic trip. Its been a long time coming.
