  1. It will be one of the singers hosting a table.😁
  2. I like to book my own flights and Chauffeur service and do not like having them included on my cruise booking. I'll have a look at itineraries on the Serenity when they emerge and see if suites are better than before.
  3. Pretty easy for you to understand Keith. I was wondering whether they might adopt either or both of these options. I realise not even you would be able to answer this one.
  4. The Viking incident with the freak wave would have made the Captain think even harder as to do the safe thing for everyone. If a dry dock is needed to put things right then so be it to be seaworthy and safe.
  5. Who knows, time will tell. 😁 Could be a restaurant named Le Champagne 😉
  6. Have you tried the search facility on these boards? They throw up a wealth of already discussed topics. Just get on board and have fun is all that i can say.
  7. It's there in the print. Specialty dining is one of the ways that you can spend your "As you wish" shipboard credit.
  8. Will they also offer Door to Door or Port to Port booking options?
  9. Oh yes the dreaded charity for the Chairman's wife. Let's hope that it is not all of the extra dining options.
  10. I see also that New Crystal will be charging for Specialty dining venues.
  11. Never book the TK Grill ay Seabourn Square. Always go and see the hostess who will be at TK in the afternoon on most days
  12. A bit rude really, you might not have liked red wine. Blossom Hill red it probably was 😁
  13. As much as you would like the experience to be the same or even better there is the fact that it is a completely new cruise line with new owners and there is a very healthy competition out there as has been reported by ex Crystal regulars. I do hope for everyone's sake that A&K make a success of it.
  14. I would book just one and then see if you actually like it. Imagine booking several to find out that it was not for you.
  15. Seriously,I have seen some guests do just that.
  16. I tried a red and a white on the Seabourn Legend in 1991 and have bought wine from the wine list ever since. I can then guarantee a certain level that I would expect at home. It works for me.
  17. You don't need glasses for the included wines
  18. Deleting the post would be a smart move.
  19. Men from the UK do generally dress more formally than men from some other countries. Geography does play its part.
  20. Just ask for it plain grilled. I prefer the sauce as I like the butter and herbs
  21. There are very good top wines available by the glass in TK Grill. The Corovin system used allows them to pour a glass and keep the bottle to sell from going forward. I have a Corovin at home but generally the bottle that I choose to drink from rarely leaves any juice in the bottle at the end of the meal.
  22. The ultimate judge of sartorial attire is yourself. You've either got good taste or you haven't. There are only the two scenarios.
