The only casual venues that didn’t have a charge in the past was the pizzeria which is not on all ships. Either go with the flow or go home. Complaints wil do no good
If you are in a full suite you are currently guaranteed Ann invitation unless it is a 2 day cruise. If it is a 7 day or longer you will get one. If not you should check with the suite concierge. If you are not in a full suite I wouldn’t hold my breath
Suite breakfasts still exist and are alive and well. Location depends on ship but it is always in a specialty restaurant. When they refer to Reserve Class dining they are referring to lunch and dinners
On many of the Hawaii cruises coming up they have added Kona or Hilo in place of Maui. No overnights. I am sailing on the 30th on the Crown no overnight
It just depends on what you like to do. How often you eat and drink in pots, what kind of excursions etc. Each person would have to figure this for themselves. In my opinion using a credit card is the safest way to go since if you are hacked you can get the charges reversed. If your pocket is picked then the money is gone
The lounge thing is something ne to Princess. Not really that big a deal for us except to grab coffee or before going to breakfast and setting up specialty dinner times
Nothing there says that the Internet cafe is free. As long as they have had an Internet cafe you have needed to log in to your account to access internet sites. At one time Elite members could access X amount of minutes for free but that was several years ago
You really never get a drink for yourself. Whether you get the drink from the bartender while you sit at the bar or get it from a waiter it really makes no difference
I can’t stand lanyards or things hanging around my neck You can just stick it in a pocket. The last thing I want to do in port is have stuff around my neck. That is a dead giveaway as a tourist and target
I once boarded a cruise in Southampton and sat in port for 3 days due to weather and ended I missing several ports. My advice come to your embarkation city at least one day early and go with the flow. It’s a cruise
That should not be an issue. For non drinkers there are alternative drinks they bring and they can tweak the meal a little to get around allergies. Believe me you will not leave hungry
There is always 1 or 2 options but you can also ask for the chef to do something special but that would be pretty hard to arrange on such a short cruise
It may depend on ports you are visiting. There is more likely a requirement to proof of vaccination such as we had to do a Panama Canal cruise which went to Columbia
