  1. My thought is that they are referring to the $15 drink limit not the casual dining options
  2. Well it won’t be traditional like having a set group at your table and a set time. Basically it is no waiting or little waiting You may or may not get the same table or servers. There will be one extra dish each evening. We like it because we don’t like to plan when we want to eat in advance and we don’t like to wait In the past the entrance has been on the left side on Grand class and the right entrance on Royal class. Always mid ship dining room
  3. The aft Penthouse suites have pretty good size balconies. Plenty of room with a table with chairs and 2 loungers
  4. I keep thinking if the order was actually place the system would hiccup and kick it out. Or the minute it was used for someone else for a soda or coffee it would get invalidated
  5. Somehow I think three system would hiccup and kick the order back
  6. If you are on a Princess excursion then you will probably meet as a group somewhere on ship and be taken to the tender area as a group
  7. I was referring to the statement that the poster basically said the nibbles took the place of dinner. No way I can see that working. The MDR at 7:30 with an app main and maybe dessert takes care of me till breakfast
  8. In my opinion the Riviera suite balconies are way too small the aft wrap around are awesome one of few things I like about the Royal class are those balconies
  9. Sorry but nibbles at 5:30 is not going to get me through till 1am.
  10. On the Discovery in June minimum wait of 1 hour on sea days around lunch time. The more families to longer the wait. On the Alaska cruise they were awash in kids
  11. It is on every shi. Different locations. But is really only some cold and hot snacks with a few discounted drinks.
  12. Most ones I have been on are locked up over night. Hours seem to be maybe 7am to 8 pm but that is just a general idea
  13. When we were there there were hundreds of people in one line took forever
  14. There is no reason to pre book they leave tables open for full suites
  15. But no elite/suite line correct ? In June there very few elites and we were all lumped in with the blue cards
  16. I had been unsure about the medallions also. Until I sailed with the. Just a smaller version of the card and no need to pull it out of my pocket to open the door holding 2 glasses of Prosecco What concerns you about the medallion ?
  17. We like aft suites Penthouse with huge wraparound balconies
  18. I just take both medallions to the bar. Of course by the 3rd day most bartenders in Crooners, Wheelhouse or casino know us well and our accounts. Yes we primarily sail on Grand class ships
  19. Frankly I would chill and enjoy. Guiding is the best life on any ship. You will not be stuck in the middle of the ocean
  20. When we boarded in Seattle in June it didn’t matter. Just a big mess. No Elite/Suite check in. Just a mess
  21. Our Hawaiian cruise at the end of this month still does not have those probably because we are waiting for itinerary changes due to the Maui fire
  22. No if smoggier it is usually destroyed. Or at least that is what they say they will do
  23. They are not allowed because of the alcohol content. You would have to smuggle it
  24. The food now served at vines is raw veggies , cheese and cold cuts and truffles now. No real need for a kitchen just prep room
