    Lately we have seen Reserve open on deck 6 mid and regular dining in deck 6 aft. This keeps people who are not “club class / reserve “ from trying to talk their way into reserve area when the is a line at the regular venue

    Once you have your boarding pass the embarkation window with times will be displayed If there are customs or Coast Guard inspections it may be later than usual. If you come early you may have to cool your heels for a bit

    Not so much a scam as pooe app development. W never book specialty dinners prior to boarding. It may show no reservations available but I have always been able to get in

    Once you have the boarding pass viable in the app it will give you the boarding window

    I am not sure what is confusing. If you look at the perks for a reserve mini suite you will find absolutely no mention of casual meals, specialty meals, drinks, wifi or grats. Simply reserve dining restaurant

    Once your boarding pass shows up on the app it will show you boarding hours.

    The current captain on the Grand is Steven Lewis. Had breakfast with him and his family this morning

    Yes 2 steps. Video and check in at your actual muster station. You will find the muster location on the inside of your cabin door

    You can’t view the muster video until you have activated your medallion on board so they can track who has viewed the video. Easy to run on your cabin tv while unpacking

    We use a charger that plus into the outlet and will charge 4 devices at a time

    That only works if you can always be close to the router. I have seen many people working out of lounges etc Working from the cabin can be kind of a drag unless have a suite with a coffee table

    Don’t upgrade stay with the plus if it gives you what you want except for WiFi and have your husband change his WiFi to a 4 device plan. My wife does that because she likes to have both phone and pad working at the same time

    You are probably looking at the stand alone alcohol package not the plus package which the first 2 in the cabin must take and includes alcohol and Wi-Fi and grats

    One thing too be aware of is that it is possible that the ship is already at it’s limits of passengers due to life boat capacity. Your CVP should know

    I use the same and am on the Grand right now no problem at all resting it next to the lamp

    In the past we have been able to just “tap off tap on” in many ports on board the ship. It just depends on what customs regulations are on a given cruise.

    They can’t board any new passengers until those whose cruise is over get off the ship

    Most casual dining venues are walk up only. The only ones I have seen that you can reserve on the ship are the pop ups and even then you have to wait to see which venues are open in a given evening On the Grand right now and when they had an event to explain dining venues they specifically said that Vines and Alfredo’s were walk up only

    Passports vrs passport cards really depends on what countries you are going to. I opt to carry an actual passport
