I don’t really get the complaint about the fact that the OP said their forward suite was at the opposite end of the ship from the suite concierge. One look at a deck plan would have shown where the 2 locations were. Also there had been numerous threads in casual dining areas on the Enchanted on these boards same with the change of Churchills to an arcade and is also shown on deck plans. A little more research could have prevented some disappointments. Bout glad you enjoyed the Princess product
You can always call and request a new one. However no one here can give you names of CVP’s that they like to work with. It is not in the rules of the board
We miss long lines by boarding later in the day. We cruise 8-10 weeks a year and have lots of times to eat in the MDR but always board late to avoid lines and waits
There are no sensor lights in our aft suite. We are traveling on her in January again great crew. There is a dry dock scheduled for April so we will see if they get added. We are on the first cruise after so we will see
When you say boarding time is that when the window opens ? What is the exact window ? Usually I don’t see that on the app until the boarding passes come out
We have on the Discovery and Royal in aft suites but not in Emerald Deck. On Dolphin and Riviera decks the balconies were huge, partially covered and wrap around. We sail aft on every cruise and these were some of the best ever. You will not be disappointed
Easy if you are on an Uber Just get dropped off at the Pan Pacific then go inside to the Convention Center elevators snd go down to the CS level to drop off luggage
