Huh.....we had an aft balcony, but for the life of me I cannot think if there was a light or not. I went out there quite a bit at night to listen to the ocean before bed, and I don't remember seeing any lights on on the balconies around me either.
I do have a question about Loft 19 Jimbo, if you don't mind....
We did not rent a cabana....are there still any shaded areas and areas with loungers up there for those without a cabana? If not I will just go down to Serenity.
I don't ever get any good offers, and I am Platinum, almost Diamond. I think maybe it's because I always have multiple cruises booked....maybe I need to lay off on the bookings....
The Havana area on Horizon, Vista, and Panorama is amazing. I love it, and if I cruise those ships that is the only area I will book. The private outside deck with pool and bar makes it so you rarely have to leave, and then when you do if you book a cabin on 5 you are right there on the Promenade deck with all the "good" spots close by!
We had one on our first cruise in 2012, but then not on the Breeze in 2013. I enjoyed it, I forgot to pack toothpaste on that first cruise and the basket had a nice travel size of Crest. Crisis averted!
Thanks for all the info! I guess for my cruise in August, when I get an actual statement from TD Ameritrade, I will figure all this out so they don't reject it. I'd rather email then fax.
I agree about the Conquest class ships, they are definetly not my favorites. We do have the Valor booked, as well as the Sunshine (has that same closed in feeling), but we usually try and avoid them because of the "claustrophobic" feeling.
I hope your next cruise is better.
We are at both Rudi’s and 555 on Mardi Gras, and my DH much preferred the steakhouse. I also agree with the above poster about the tables being squeezed close together in Rudi’s, whereas the steakhouse wasn’t.
The seafood tho at Rudi’s was fabulous!
