  1. Master Bedroom Stain is on,next up 3 coats of top coat. The 2 doors you see in second picture is walk in closets. Just noticed there is white streaks by that pad, those pics were taking early, while he was still putting down stain. Not like that now. I will take a few more pictures once the first top coat is completed. He is actually here now putting on that first top coat. Tomorrow first thing in the morning the second top coat will go on and sometime later in the afternoon he will come back and put on the last and final 3rd top coat.
  2. Wind could have shifted again.........There are Wild Fires in NJ in the Pine Barrens, we were getting smoke all the way to Southwest Virginia. Wind may have shifted West, you may be getting some of the smoke from NJ.
  3. All our cats are inside cats,so none have collars. Not sure what the Lillies are called, they were here when we moved in.
  4. Oh wow, and effective 4 hour strike. They must have a great negotiator to get things done that fast. Wonder what they could achieve by taking a whole week?
  5. Sounds like that isn't the case here since someone said they have alot of 1 day strikes in Europe....sounds to me like they just want another day off during the year type thing and they don't even care or not if pay is included or not...doesn't sound like any message is being sent to anyone.
  6. What are the results like on 1 day strikes like? Seems it would be pointless.
  7. What company strikes for 1 day without a settlement of some kind? Weird
  8. Is the plant/bush with white flowers a Clematis? We had a beautiful one at the house we had in NJ. Wish we could have brought it to Virginia with us.
  9. His Panama Cruise he canceled was from October 7th to October 23d... so they are now open the whole month of October.is open..so you might be on same sailing.
  10. Wow, I bet that was quite a scare ,glad for the most part everything is okay. Time will take care of everything. Just be patience seems all construction during current times is a slow process. If I remember right ,since you now have to cancel the Panama Canal cruise, someone is going to get real lucky and switch into your aft cabin you had booked.
  11. Island looks outstanding, the larger Island is so much better when preparing meals. We love ours which has both our sink and dishwasher installed in it. Plus like you we have storage on both sides of island too. Looks like the countertop you selected for the island matches the countertop around your sink and stove. How hard was that to find?
  12. Tender Priorty also doesn't mean much if you have excursions booked through Royal, because they will be sure to get you off the ship in time to make your excursion.
  13. Wow , that's a lot of sea grass to walk through.....
  14. You need to stand there and tell everyone to take ONLY ONE PLEASE !
  15. Pink and yellow one in the center is a Peony and the Pink and white one to the extreme right I believe is another Peony. We have a few in our yard too.
  16. I want to know how many concrete trucks it took to make the bridge?😮 I did read though 138,000 vehicles cross the bridge daily?
  17. The old TZ bridge was super congested even when it wasn't rush hour. 😞 This is a huge improvement. They are sanded the floor for the 3 time now, each time using a finer grit sand paper. Looks like staining will begin tomorrow. Here is a couple pictures of a couple Lillies near our front walkway leading to the front porch. One was taken about 6 days ago and one just a few minutes ago. Finally the sun is coming out and the rain has stopped. There are still a lot more buds yet to bloom 🙂
  18. Lots of rain here,it won't stop. They are building a house next door to us. It never dries out here. 😞 I know though in July and August we will be praying like you are now for rain.
  19. If leaving from Seattle for an Alaskan Cruise I like this itinerary. After all an Alaska cruise is all about the itinerary right, not the Ship? Glacier Bay not to be missed. 🙂 Look at Holland America (Eurodam) Day 1: Seattle, Washington, US Sat Jul 13 2024 | Depart 03:00 PM Day 1: Puget Sound Sat Jul 13 2024 | Day 2: Day At Sea Sun Jul 14 2024 | Day 3: Scenic cruising Stephens Passage Mon Jul 15 2024 | Day 3: Juneau, Alaska, US Mon Jul 15 2024 | 01:00 PM To 10:00 PM Day 4: Glacier Bay Tue Jul 16 2024 | 07:00 AM To 04:00 PM Day 4: Icy Strait Point, Alaska, US Tue Jul 16 2024 | 06:00 PM To 10:00 PM Day 5: Sitka, Alaska, US Wed Jul 17 2024 | 08:00 AM To 04:00 PM Day 6: Ketchikan, Alaska, US Thu Jul 18 2024 | 07:00 AM To 01:00 PM Day 7: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Fri Jul 19 2024 | 08:00 PM To 11:59 PM Day 8: Seattle, Washington, US Sat Jul 20 2024 | Arrive 07:00 AM
  20. I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing or not. Are you talking about the exhaust fan over the cook top of the range or are you talking about a cooling fan located between the top of the oven and below the cook top that takes heat out of the oven area and throws the heat out a vent between the top of the oven door and where the dial controls are for the cook top? Ours was the cooling fan for the oven not the exhaust fan located in our range hood. We can control the exhaust fan (on/off), in the Z-line range had a cooling fan once the oven heated up there was no way to control that fan, it came on automatically. No stopping it until turning off oven and it cooled down. Hated it !!
