Not a huge pier, must be like rush hour in NYC when those tenders are coming in and going out all at once.

Where is the pier at to get off the tenders, looks like the tenders are just running aground onto the beach. lol

Well I thought it was more of a faster way to cook things.... It's not really that at all,what it is,is a more accurate way to cook things. A huge difference.

Guess I was going by John's post about doing pulled pork in his Big Green Egg.... about it being faster then that. Guess comparing both BGE is really slow.

45 minutes to cook a piece of fish? How is that fast? 1 hour to cook a steak? Am I missing something here?

Is there a good you tube video showing from start to finish what all is involved with this type of cooking out there?

We have never had that type of food before. What is the name of your favorite restaurant in that area so I can check out their menu?

You should get a paper document from Royal good for framing of your total traveled voyage on the last night of the cruise. Look for that, it is a pretty nice no cost souvenir of your vacation. We have ours somewhere around this house. 🙂

Might depend on cruise or ship, but not sure but Jewel of the Seas on September 14, 2023 has the UDP on it's 14 night cruise. right now the price is currently $297 per person

The hay also helps keeps the moisture on the grass seed to help it germinate. Reduces the grass seed from blowing off where you placed it to if you get strong winds. The hay will pretty much decompose too if you just leave it there long enough. I'm like you ,Seems like a lot of work, when I want to eat I want to eat 🙂

We booked only One-way train tickets from Roanoke, Va. to Newark Penn Station. Booked online so don't even have paper tickets printed out? Just like a barcode on my phone? Do I need paper tickets too? I probably can go back on the Amtrak site and try to dig one up I guess if need be. What do you recommend ? After the cruise we are renting a car for the way home to visit our Son in South Jersey, will also be visiting some of our relatives we haven't seen in 2 years since we moved to Virginia. Reserved the hotel(TRYP) a while ago and got a King Bed for $139.00 all in including all taxes and fees(only staying one night). We can either take the free shuttle the hotel offers or just grab an Uber if need be to get to the hotel from the train station. Shouldn't be any more then 15 bucks or so I would think, maybe less. We would walk if we didn't have luggage for a 14 night cruise. I think it's only about a 1 mile or less from the train station. Couldn't see paying over $300 for the Double Tree when we are only going to grab something to eat and crash at the hotel for the night. Not doing any sight seeing or going to Manhattan. We have been to NYC plenty of times when we lived in NJ.

Guess they won't lower them until after final or just sell all balconies later in 4 segments or the mini segments so not to upset the full voyage people

What about balconies availability for full voyage? If available,are prices lower now or the same as the early prices?

If that is true,to sell those balcony cabins now for the full cruise they are going to have to reduce the prices you would think there is no way they could sell them as high as the early people who booked at those high prices. Not with the way prices are now for segments.

Not coming in on a plane,we are arriving on a train at Penn Station Newark. Need hotel near the train station.

JC, what was the Uber Cost from Double Tree to the Port? Right now we are booked in TRYP by Wyndham Newark Downtown which isn't far from Double Tree but right now Double Tree is twice the price of Wyndham. Both Hotels are very close to each other.

Wow, it really seems to bother you that I and others ask questions about cruises we may not be on. You really have to get over that, this is a cruise board where people post/ask questions about cruises.

Yes, the Memorial Garden is the one with 2 peach trees inside the fencing. Yes we have lots of deer that roam into our yard over night. The White Birdhouse is where our real property line is.

Yes, our lot is a little over an acre..............The Memorial Garden and my Vegetable Garden is just behind our boundary line. 😉Both areas can be seen from our sunroom on the back of the house, when looking straight out the back is the apple tree. Placement was purposely planned so we could see each area from the sunroom in the house. Hot tub is below sunroom. The Gazebo is on our property. 🙂 There was plans to add 9 More holes of Golf Course and houses behind our house at one time.........But no one in our neighborhood believes that is ever going to happen. Our house was built in 2007. The main road leading into our area the house's are 25 years old....Like I said no one here now believes houses will ever be built in those fields. They would need to put in Roads and Waterlines back there before any building ever starts. If we hear anything like that happening, we would put our house up for sale most likely.

With Air prices like that I would be staying home.
