There is no such thing as one booking for B2B cruises. They are 2 totally separate reservations. Unlike other lines including Celebrity Royal does not offer any kind of discount.
If you booking was booked in Canadian $ then all of your cruise planner items will be in Canadian $.
The OBC will also converted to Canadian $ for use in the cruise planner and if not used will convert back to USD for use on board the ship.
The conversion rates for the OBC and for the cruise planner items should be the same
A tip to see if the bar code trick will work...if your muster =station is listed then a room is assigned, if you don't see a muster station then your room is not assigned.
In my experience they will not extend the FCC.
FCC applied to a booking that is cancelled will be reinstated with the original expiry date.
It truly is a use it or lose it
making the deposit meant nothing. You had the courtesy hold and that gave you the time to transfer it to the TA. After final payment there is no such thing as a deposit
It depends on how long the courtesy hold is good for as the transfers take a couple of days or more to process. Why not just call the TA and have them book it direct.
The only things you can't use a TA for are to make payments or make a name change / modification or change dining times. Everything else including cruise planner purchases, booking airfare and check in you can still do.
