I can't say for certain for the UK but I can say that it happens in North America. It was even worse with groups as the person who took out the initial group at corporate would get notified, then have top pass it along to the franchisee who owned the agency and then to the travel agent who booked the cruise. Just saying that Royal has a strange way of sending out notifications that those who are not in the business do not know about.

North America. Whether your agent receives e nails directly will depend bonus how they are set up in the system. Theses e mail notifications go out to tje agency owner and not to the agent directly. It is then up to the agency owner to sent the notifications to the agent. Ive been in that position as an agent and it's frustrating but Royal has sent them.

You need to read the post that I quoted as well as my post. I was clearly taking about the fact that there would not be 2 Oasis class ships both doing the 3 and 4 day itineraries out of PC.

I would always take deck 12 over 14.

Utopia will move. There will not be 2 Oasis class ships sailing from PC. It won't work as Oasis class needs to use T1 and they both can't dock there the same day.

We did not have to wait 2 weeks ago on the Inaugural.

There are actually 4 cabins (D2) available on deck 12.

Suites are getting a great deal. don't enter your C&A number and the price went up by $150 but clients received $600 in OBC...no brainer on what to do

if you are on deck 14 I would assume that you were assigned a D2 or a D4. Those cabins are only available on decks 12 and 14 and I doubt there are any available to switch to.

It is due to system limitations with their reservation system and the current system cannot be fixed or modified to allow for this. It is a well known issue at Royal and will be fixed when their new booking platform is rolled out (projected date is 2028)

It wont be allowed in regular rooms where there is a sofabed as then there is no room for the pack n play

The group OBC is combinable, the early booking bonus is not.

Take the OBC Much easier to reprice the booking and keep the OBC if the price drops.

Royals newer ships (all of Quantum class and Oasis class Harmony and newer) do not have options for the pullman beds in regular staterooms.

It is the exact same benefits as if you were to book on board a Royal ship. balconies and Below get a $100 per person reduced deposit. JS and above must pay the full deposit amount. OBC varies by length of sailing and cabin type

Cruise planner purchases are assigned by guest number on the reservation and not by name. I.e guest 1 or guest 2. Switching names of guest 1 and 2 will move the package from one person to the other but then may affect other purchases.
