  1. Its all about the timing. if you add something that needs to be insured after you make the initial booking, of course they will need to adjust the cost of the insurance over what was initially quoted
  2. Ok for a cruise breakfast, dinner and at-sea lunch, but what about port days?
  3. Boosters aren’t required. but you have plenty of time to get one between now and December
  4. You can minimize the problem by scooping up items with silverware rather than the serving utensils. you are welcome to bring your own disposible gloves if you are worried about exposure you could even go so far as to bring your own serving utensils from home but that might be going too far.
  5. Sorry, Punctuation got all misplaced on my previous post. No corkage is charged if you enjoy the champagne in your stateroom
  6. Unlike some other lines, Celebrrity prides itself on featuring live musicians... recently on Summit, the. daily Program featured a string duo, a solo.guitarist,/singer, a duo with a female singer and her backup guitarist,, a party band and live musicians for the production shows and guest entertainers
  7. No corkage. Is charged when you open and enjoy the wine in your stateroom
  8. You can eat in the MDR but remember that you don’t have a table assignment there so make arrangement with the staff of Blu who will tell you the best options for a night in the MDR
  9. Maybe not but is it worth the risk? And how to explain to the companion? “Sorry, i wasn’t willing to pay for your drink so now we’re in trouble…..”
  10. They are not allowed and generally will be confiscated if they find one in your luggage. They are considered a fire hazard and unsafe to use on cruise ships
  11. GeorgiaPeaches, At the initial booking, on Celebrity, both must choose the same package. After that, there is no requirement that both people have the same packages. So one could upgrade and the other not. Or, if there was no package chosen at all during the booking, one can purchase a package and the other not.
  12. So, she doesn’t enjoy cappuccino or soft drinks or sparkling water or fancy tea or any of the other beverages in the packages? if she really wants only one drink a day that would be included in a package, why not just pay for that one drink?
  13. The return of the a cappella quartets, but with female singers this time
  14. Sailed on M class ships since 2004. Deck 10 aft is, and has always been AFAIK, the bar outside the OceanView buffet. Not a walking track. There are still meeting rooms on deck 3, perhaps a bit smaller but definitely still there. On Summit and Infinity, Tuscan Grill has been added where there had previously been storage/kitchen. The plant conservatory, pretty but severely underused, is a specialty restaurant.
  15. The helipad was never a listed perk, just a lagniappe (a great new word I just learned and had to find a way to use)
