Those Ocean guys are always surprised, "never seen this before"...uh huh. I had DH's middle name (mine is NMI). My security picture disappears, then reappears, his disappeared forever (had to do a new one). Other stuff was screwed up. They'd fix one thing and something else would break. At one point couldn't log in on app or internet. It took 3 months to get it fixed. We cruise on the 2nd and I ain't touchin' nuthin'.

Try slumming once in a while. 🤣

It's in the same location where you book MDR reservations. Not always no charge. If the app tries to charge you, back out and wait until you're on the ship.

Was that the "regular" free tea? When we were on Discovery in April, there were no choices for free tea or coffee. We had to call room service.

Not very long...it's a matter of seconds, not minutes.

You can't get on or off the ship without a medallion or a cruise card.

Probably not. IIRC someone reported recently that received an "upgrade" without asking/being asked.

They always say that. Another myth that "they always say"...no MDR open for lunch on embarkation day. Watch the mail.
