They will normally have a $35 wash and fold bag (all you can stuff in the bag) for things like underwear, socks, t-shirts, etc.

Thanksfor the reply we are coming over from Aussie and will be doing 10 days on a coach before the cruise so may need to get some things washed.

Mention the wash & fold bag to your stateroom attendant, you may be able to get it sooner rather than having to wait until mid-cruise.

If you put items in the bag that are not allowed, they reserve the right to charge you the single item price for those items.

madfisher, since you are doing a 10 day land tour, you may want to try to find a laundromat near your hotel at the end of your tour. This will be much cheaper to do it yourself and control the water temp. A few bucks for wash and a few for dry, you can also find cheaper detergent at a $ store.

Your hotel may also offer this service.

It may not always be an option, but, basically for the price of letting Royal wash some of your clothes, you could pay to bring another suitcase with extra clothes.
