Looking into the Equinox for 20 year anniversary trip without kids!! They are offering a perk of $150 pp on board credit. Can that be used pretty much for anything or are there exclusions?? Help, we've never sailed Celebrity before! [emoji4]

They can be used for anything you can purchase on board except the deposit for a future cruise. You can even use it to give crew members additional gratuities.

You can now also use it before boarding to purchase shore excursions or specialty restaurant reservations.

Note that there are other perks that might be more valuable to you than the OBC - such as the Classic Beverage package, internet service or gratuities on longer cruises.

Have a wonderful anniversary cruise!

Thank you for the information. We are also going with the beverage package (we can pick 2 perks).

7 days. The credit would be more than the gratuities

Basically the on board credit goes on your account as a credit, at the end of the cruise if you spent $500 and your OBC is $300, your balance is $200, can be used for excursions, tips, drinks, purchases in the store.

Can it be used in the casino? I'm boarding Millennium this afternoon for a 14-day cruise and I will have $850 obc, although I understand that at least $250, and maybe $550, is refundable. We already have all 4 perks, will be dining in Luminae & Blu (when available) and we're not planning on taking any ship-sponsored excursions, so I wasn't sure how or where we would be spending the obc if not in the casino.

We have $450 OBC on a cruise coming up in November 2018. We used it have book a couple shore excursions (through our TA), and have a few dollars left - probably will apply to specialty dining while on board.
