The dining room was rarely open for lunch on my last two cruises because we had no sea days. Will that be changing now the effort has been put into creating such lovely dishes?

It is so encouraging that Robert is revamping the menus. I can wholeheartedly recommend the new Aquilina menus which we enjoyed on Journey last week. And these lunch dishes look wonderful.

Hope Robert will now turn his attention to the dinner menus in the MDR. While in general the food there was excellent, regular Azamara cruisers are very familiar with the dinner offerings.

Spicy Seared Chipotle Shrimp Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Chorizo & Saffron Rice

Hi Bonnie, Is there any chance you could show photos of the vegetarian options?

I dined in Aqualina on Quest just recently and I have to say I was disappointed with the limited vegetarian choice. However, the Limoncello souffle was very enjoyable.
