We are going on the Jewel in a week and I am really looking forward to meeting our new Concierge.

 

Just got an email from the Him/Her and it is:

I have never heard the name, and know nothing about him/her (don't even know that), but my question was answered and my favor that I requested was not only granted, but very professional follow up as well.

 

 

Thsy said she is the Concierge, not the Cruise Director...............Why they posted this on the CD thread, I have no idea.......

I'm not familiar with James Andrews. We has Ken Rush on the Mariner a few years back and liked him. Is he only in the 12-12-09 or will he be ther a few weeks? We sail 1-2-10. If anybody has feedback oh James that would be appreciated. I thing that the CD is a very important part of the cruising experience.
