Captain Thore will go on vacation on 27 August - he won't be there for the TA

What do people think of Captain Erik Standahl?

He handled the tragic situation with the young child well but if it wasn't for that, I would rank him at the very bottom of the group. He's the most invisible captain I've ever had, never saw him near a passenger and the crew on Anthem were the most unhappy I've ever seen.

While I am a regular in the current CD thread, this is my first time here, so forgive me if I don't search the entire thread. Anyway, I wonder if anyone can remember who was the captain of Voyager back in May of 2006. At that time her home port was Miami. I remember he was Italian, spoke excellent English and he personally repeated the muster instructions in 2 other languages. I remember his daily updates were very informative. If someone knows who that is, I'll do a search to find out more.

I met you two on the Independence in September, Concierge Lounge with our buddy Raj. I think Raj went to the Anthem. He is a great Concierge.

I love your story of how you two met. Great story. Since then I now have a boyfriend. His name is Joe and he opens fast food places. He owns various Subways, Blaze Pizza and 5 Guys Burgers. We have a great time together.

We are going on the Enchantment the first week of Oct with my son and daughter in law. No grandkids this time. ha ha We have grand suite, his 2nd cruise in his life and Im hoping to convert him quick to a cruiseaholic.

I hope to see both of you again in on a cruise. Most likely in the Concierge Lounge or whatever they are going to name it now.

ok folks, I'm at the campground for the weekend, working a lot of extra hours, and have a garden that's keeping my busy. I'll try and answer/update this thread as soon as I can. Oh and MIL was admitted to hospital yesterday for another possible stroke.

I know it's been asked before, many times? I keep hearing "oh, he's going to be on Quantum", or "oh, he's helping with such and such", or "oh, he's on vacation". It's been 6 months since "that" cruise. What gives???????

 

He became a movie star. He is in Hollywood:D
