Assuming the standard 10 week (70 days) rotation, that is when Johnny should be taking back the helm.

if he does a 10 week rotation then the 11-12 sailing will be his first day back at work. BUT.....Capt Johnny likes longer rotations (he did 11 week rotations when on MA) and he did longer rotations when on AL (11 weeks). So you may be getting off your cruise when he's getting back on....

the Excel program doesn't take into account when cruises end. So if the next sailing begins on Dec 11, then that would be the start date, the Excel program doesn't take into account 9/10/14 or 15 day cruises. But the prior master, Gjerstad worked an 11 week rotation. So Sullivan has to pay that back sometime. In other words, Sullivan might be working an 11 week rotation this time.
