When one Elite level captain's club member sails in a cabin with another who does not have Elite status, is Elite status extend to both passengers?

Even if your cabin attendant doesn't "screw up" and give you two sets of Elite coupons, if he/she is really on the ball, he/she will realize that you both need priority tender tickets and respond accordingly.
