My friends were just on this past weekend and said it wasn't Oana,so that's why I am totally confused:confused:.....hope to hear from her or someone on the LB.

 

I just emailed the CL. Let's see if the concierge emails back. I last talked to her on the 9th shorty after she and her husband returned. She said she was there until February. I lost her personal email so we will have to wait for a response.

I heard from Oana this AM. She is indeed in the CL on deck 10 on the Liberty.

I thought so since I got an email from her just last week........I think my friends were confused..:p:p

She is telling me to breath nice and slow and deep. She has only been back a week so she has a wee bit before she and her husband go home again.

NV Navigator – (Concierge) Ricardo Mock is on indefinite leave, Nadja Durdevic from Bosnia is his replacement. She came up from Guest Relations desk to fill in for Ricardo. She is very good and friendly. We sailed on a B2B Dec 1st where she was training. She took over on the 8th of Dec.

Nadja was the Diamond Concierge on Serenade in September and was fantastic, I wouldn't imagine she would need much training as she was very professional and highly competent, and had done that role for some time. She thought that she would be returning to Serenade after her leave but has obviously been moved to Navigator. Hope all is well with Ricardo.

She said she was learing the Concierge on the Navigator... she really got a lot of WOW cards last night. We just loved her! Ricardo is not well but don't know much about it that can be talked about here on Cruise Critic.

Thanks for that - that's such a shame about Ricardo.

 

I'm so pleased you liked Nadja, she made our family so welcome on Serenade and we were hoping to sail with her again next year but it seems like she's moved ships.

On Mariner the Concierge Club is on deck 9 and the Diamond Club is on deck 14 where the 19th Hole used to be.

They may be in 2 separate places,but for the past few months,only one person in charge.....I'm guessing there are not that many D,DP,Pinn. members on those sailings and they use only one of the rooms..

We just got home last night from 4 weeks on NV.

Ricardo is back! He will continue to be the concierge and Nadja is the Diamond Concierge. :cool:

I hope she stays there for my Feb 1 sailing. She is one of my favorites. So professional, so helpful, so nice.
