Hmmm, interesting. It was Graham himself who posted on this thread the info that's on the list now. I'll put "sometime in June" on the list next time I repost/update it.

I didn't tell him the reason until after the vague answer. I thought he might be more specific if I gave him a good reason. He didn't seem to have any unusual reaction though. Maybe Graham knows more than him. :)

I hope she has nearly as much energy as Dennis, because he was a very hard working guy. He seemed to be everywhere; very funny(even though I know he used the same lines on every cruise); a good singer, too. One of the highlights of my first cruise.:D

We just got off the Adventure March 24th after doing a B2B cruise. On the 20th of March Anthony Richards had to leave the ship on for a personal matter and his assistant Jerome became Cruise Director with Becky Smith his assistant. Didn't hear when Anthony would be back aboard the ship.

We were on Mariner of the Seas TA in November. Carly was the cruise director. The entertainment was great. I don't know how much input a CD has on that or if it is all done at headquarters. But Carly had the 5 headliners on board come to the theater on one of the 6 consecutive sea days. They took questions from guests and interacted with each other. It was hilarious.

 

Carly was very visible during the cruise and was willing to stop and talk.

 

I would love to have her as CD again. I hope you enjoy her too.

I already am aware that my fave CD, Marc Walker, will take over in June, but curious about who will handle the early leg of the cruise in May. It appears that John is staying until June 7 when Marc takes over. I don't know for sure, but it makes sense, and I haven't heard anything to the contrary.

Does anyone know when Ken Rush will return exactly? I am cruising on the Allure on June 9th and was hoping he would be there. We've had him as our CD so many times, it would seem wrong without him. Haven't cruised in many years- does he still use the "I'm just Ken looking for my Barbie?" and "It's showtime!" with the microphone toss?

Haven't cruised in many years- does he still use the "I'm just Ken looking for my Barbie?" and "It's showtime!" with the microphone toss?

Does anyone know when Ken Rush will return exactly? I am cruising on the Allure on June 9th and was hoping he would be there. We've had him as our CD so many times, it would seem wrong without him. Haven't cruised in many years- does he still use the "I'm just Ken looking for my Barbie?" and "It's showtime!" with the microphone toss?

 

While we don't have exact dates, if Allan's contract is 2 months long beginning Feb 21, Ken should be back approx. the middle of April. Ken's contracts are usually 4 months long, so unless something changes, Ken should be on Allure from mid-April until mid-August.
