Our steward said they got in late because of fog. It it is beautiful, sunny, and mid 70's.

Took a little walk around the ship but decided to just sit on our balcony (on stern) and have a few drinks while watching the view.

We are 15 minutes from pull out.

Thanks for all the well wishes.

We have been staying with friends we met in Alaska on the train to Denali before the cruise. We had so much fun with them and the past couple days were so neat. They live in NJ. So can't help anyone with wine Places. There doesn't seem to be anything close to the port. Maybe someone else can help with that.

Time to start drinking. Mike said it was time to put the computer away

Take care

Weather is looking wonderful!!!

High 60's today and dry all week.

It is nice and sunny out. We are in shorts.

Should be a great cruise.

Hi Sandy, I watched your beautiful Sailaway on the web cam. Have a wonderful cruise.

Did you stay in manhatten before you boarded. We will be and wanted to grab some wine but not sure where in manhatten, we will be in mid town.

Thanks. Jackie

There's a grocery in Brooklyn not far from the port, on Van Brunt Street, called Fairway Market. Very nice, big store with a good wine selection. Just have your cab stop there on the way to the ship and wait for you. You can Google-map it to see where it is; you can't miss it.

Jackie,

We found a place within walking distance called Dry Docks Wine (something like that) it's right outside the gate and to your right...424 Van Brunt. We bought three bottles :) and polished one off during sailaway last night!

Tomorrow we will restock, gotta at least have one per day! LOL

Compozer..see you at the M&G in a couple of hours!

Thanks for the reminder - I completely forgot about it. That's probably what happened yesterday.

We haven't done much.

Ate at Sabatini's last night. It was wonderful. Then was so full and tired that we just went back to the cabin. We haven't even toured the ship yet.

Had breakfast in our room. Thought we would take a walk now.

They said there is zumba but nothing in today's Patter.

Tonight is a formal night.

Have a good day everyone. Thanks for joining us all.
