Travel Agent Booking and My Celebrity

For those using a travel agent instead of booking directly with Celebrity, are you still able to view your reservation and make dining selections, book shore excursions, etc., through My Celebrity?

Yes - if you have an online account, you can add the reservation number (or link it to your userid) and book your excursions, book specialty restaurants, etc. You just need to know your booking number.

Yes, but the reservation doesn't automatically pop up. You need to have a My Celebrity account and you input the reservation # that should be on your receipt from the travel agent. It can sometimes take a day or two for the reservation to be recognized in the system.

Yes, if you add the reservation to your account, you can still have access to a limited portion of it.

 

All your payment information disappears from your account when you use a travel agent. It will no longer show your amount paid, amount due, payment due date, etc. and you can no longer make changes or payments yourself because they remove the passenger's access to those features if a travel agent holds your booking.

yes, just put youre res number in, it will come up with the date of cruise, itenery, youre TA name and address, how many days till cruise, youre dining choice, we found ours once we had TA confermation and booking ref

You will definately need that celebrity booking number from your TA.:D
