Favorite Food???

Definitely those bread sticks at dinner in the MDR, they are addictive. By the end of our week Percy was just bringing us a huge basket of those alone :)

The burgers and fries at the pool grill were really good, esp the fried onions you could add. Everything at the Aqua Spa Cafe was fresh and tasty (loved the pitchers of water with orange and/or lemon slices that they had on each end of the buffet line here).

The best selection of cookies is definitely at Cafe Al Bacio, the buffet typically only had one kind out.

Buffet: waffles

MDR: chilled soups

Murano: Dover Sole, lobster bisque soup, all their desserts

Specialty Coffee cafe: cookies, small sandwiches during the day

Ice cream and sherbert at any time, anywhere!:)

Waffles for breakfast at the back of the buffet.

Made-to-order paninis for lunch (at the waffle station).

But best of all for me is one particular dessert offered in the specialty dining steakhouse (Murano, Normandie) --- the chocolate moussey on crisp. Can't remember what it's called but it is my absolute favourite dessert.

Tempted to say all of it but will try to be specific!!

French toast at breakfast with strawberry compote

The goats cheese souffle in muranos

The lobster bisque in muranos

The flatbread pizzas at lawn club grille

The giant cookie pudding at lawn club grille

The antipasti in tuscan

And, ashamed to admit this one, the burgers by the pool!! To die for....:D

Dined twice each in Muranos & Tuscan Grill and everything I had was excellent.

Standouts were...you guessed it...the goat's cheese soufflé....plus the lobster, pork belly & venison in Murano, and the steak (rib eye?) in Tuscan.

Also had the escargot many times in MDR. Overall I was very happy with the food quality in all the restaurants, and I too enjoyed a burger & fries for lunch nearly every day ;)

Cheers

Ando

I could make a meal out of Escargot...love, love, love it. How often do they serve it in the MDR? I've never had goat cheese souffle'...it looks wonderful and I love goat cheese.

I love the Muesli in the buffet for breakfast, with all the nuts and seeds on top...yummy!!

My favorite as well...but must have in Blu.... The buffet pre makes it with bananas ....my least favorite food on earth...bananas ;(

The jelly donuts at bacio are a favorite as well
